Pros: Mariella is an exceptional host—warm, helpful, and truly dedicated to making guests feel at home. The breakfast was simply amazing, featuring delicious local home-made specialties. The room itself was spotless, the beds were comfortable. While the space feels fresh and modern, it still preserves its original charm through beautifully maintained features such as the window frames, door frames, and ceiling. I highly recommend it.

Authentic hospitality, best breakfast in Italy trophy, best mattress in Italy trophy, great room.
Pros: The breakfast beat the long-standing previous winner of our best-breakfast-in-Italy trophy, with an array of Mariella’s exquisite food that led to two requests for recipes. There are various reasons to stay here (value, location, hospitality), but the breakfast is #1. Fully 10/10, highly recommended.

Pros: It was the best accomodation ever. Everything was very nice, clean and usefull for travelling. Maria was very helpfull and beautiful like a person. She prepares everything we need and her breakfast was wonderful! Thanks!

Great stay, exceptional hospitality, would come again!
Pros: Super clean, stylish and comfortable room. It is a very old building but the rooms and common area are beautifully renovated, with some of the old features standing out - really charming. Wonderful, kind host. Hearty breakfast with delicious homemade dishes, pastries and cakes. Good location, only a few minutes walk from the city centre. Great stay, we would definitely come again!
Cons: The building we stayed in is located just off the main street, in a slightly darker, run-down and shadier area, but just a minutes away from the centre, so it seemed a little intimidating in the beginning but we had no problems at all during our stay. Thank you!

Un soggiorno che profuma di SICILIA
Pros: Non potevamo desiderare di meglio! Mariella è una padrona di casa straordinaria: ci ha accolti con un sorriso sincero e ci ha fatto sentire, fin dal primo istante, come a casa. Con i suoi preziosi consigli ha reso il nostro breve soggiorno ancora più intenso e speciale, guidandoci alla scoperta delle meraviglie della città. La posizione è perfetta, centralissima e comodissima per visitare tutto. E poi la colazione… semplicemente indimenticabile! Un tripudio di deliziose prelibatezze siciliane, preparate con cura e amore dalla magnifica host. Un’esperienza autentica che porteremo nel cuore.

Pros: Il soggiorno presso Ballarooms Experience è stato fantastico: pulizia degli spazi impeccabile, posizione ottima e colazione super. Da sottolineare l'empatia, la disponibilità e la cordialità della proprietaria. Sicuramente se dovessimo tornare a Palermo non avrei dubbio sul luogo dove alloggiare.

Pros: Świetny pobyt 🙂 Szczególnie polecamy ze względu na sympatyczną właścicielkę Mariellę, jej pyszne śniadania i ciasta własnej roboty, jeszcze cieplutkie ☕️ Do tego sauna w pokoju zapewniała relaks i regenerację😉 Polecam 👌

Perfect verblijf
Pros: Wij hebben 1 week door gebracht in Palermo. De ontvangst door onze gastvrouw Mariella was hartelijk en de kamer die wij hadden geboekt was perfect. De locatie was op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden en in de buurt zijn veel leuke restaurantjes. Mariella zorgde elke ochtend voor een heerlijk ontbijt buffet met veel variatie, elke dag stond er weer iets bijzonders bij het ontbijt. Mariella verdient een 10 voor haar gastvrijheid. Wij hebben het hier heerlijk gehad en komen graag nog eens terug.
