Top location, clean and walkable to everything

Pros: Fantastic location a few minutes from the train and bus station, it's not the prettiest of neighbourhoods but we felt safe. Spacious room, powerful shower, very clean and we appreciated the flexibility with slightly later checkout and leaving our bags in the communal room.

Cons: The room was quite cold, maybe offering an electric heater in winter would be helpful as the air conditioner 'warm' setting makes no difference. We did appreciate the blankets though.

Fab location for Palermo train station and airport shuttle coach

Pros: Perfect location to both train station and the coach which took us to the airport. Great communication from proactive host. Clean, basic rooms, with private bathrooms and kitchen facilities.

Cozy Stay

Pros: Good location, close to any points of interest and from Centrale Station, the room had plenty of space, was clean and with all I needed. Riccardo was very kind and had great communication during my stay, I would definitely come back! Thank you for having me!

Cons: No elevator just to consider if you have large luggage

Clean and comfortable a good place to stay over night :)

Pros: Very clean and comfortable. Everything you needed. Plenty of towels, soap etc. Looked like the apartment had been newly decorated.

Cons: No one was on site but it felt a safe, place, we didn’t see any other guests ( there are 4 rooms inside k the apartment). The host was really friendly, polite & always got back to us promptly when we had any questions.

We’ll definitely be back

Pros: From the very beginning, communication with the Host was excellent. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, so we were able to access the apartment quickly. The location couldn’t be better - just a short walk from both the city center and Palermo’s main train station. The property has been recently renovated, so everything looked fresh, clean, and new. There was also a lovely shared area where you could sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea. Our room was cozy, spotless, and well-equipped, with air conditioning, a fridge, a kettle, a balcony, and an incredibly comfortable bed – we slept better than we have in a long time! Most importantly, we felt very safe and were able to truly relax. We couldn’t be happier with our stay and will definitely return in the future. Thank you! :)

巴勒莫初体验

Pros: 靠近火车站，位置优越。到达之前就收到了入住指南，而且我们到的时候是晚上10点左右，回复仍然很及时，虽然钥匙用得有点不习惯，入住还是比较顺利。房间比较大，还提供了矿泉水。

Cons: 周围街区环境不太好，进入房间闻到很大的烟味，空调效果不好

Ottima sorpresa

Pros: Accoglienza veramente al top. Struttura pulita, la nostra camera accogliente e accessoriata di tutto. L'host sempre in contatto con noi per assicurare che tutto sia di nostro gradimento. E cosa più importante la vicinanza con la stazione dei treni e bus.Prezzi onesti. Lo consiglio a tutti.
