Beautiful place close to train

Pros: Fantastic communication with Salvo, great place, beautiful terrace, proximity to train station and center... All great.

Cons: Some might have problem with steep stairs, but honestly no big deal. Value is higher than price.

Fantastic stay in Palermo

Pros: The host Salvo is very kind. He welcomed us in the apartment, gave us directions for visiting the sights of the city, which beaches to visit, where to eat. The apartment is very close to the historical part of the city and everything can be explored on foot. A parking space in front of the building could always be found. In the apartment itself you have everything you need, both in the kitchen and in the bathroom. All recommendations.

Pros: Grate location, close do supermarket, bus and train Station and Cafe with cornetto

Pros: Good location close to central station which was convenient for day trips, bed was comfortable and shower with various jets was great. Kitchen facilities were sufficient and nice to start the day with the espresso pods and tea provided. Rooftop patio is a lovely oasis, but the stairs to access are tight. Salvo was very responsive to anything that came up.

Cons: Smell from toilet in the bathroom was very strong despite air freshener and fan on all the time. Thankfully the shower was separate from the bathroom.

Pros: Die Lage und die Freundlichkeit des Gastgebers Salvo! Wir konnten alles zu Fuss machen. Der Markt Ballaro war quasi um die Ecke wie auch der Bahnhof, von wo wir einen Ausflug in das schöne Cefalu gemacht haben.

Cons: Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen. Das es keinen Aufzug gibt (3. Etage) war uns vorher durch Salvo bekannt.

Pros: Fantastyczny właściciel, zawsze pomocny. Mieszkanie w pełni wyposażone, bardzo blisko wszystkich ważniejszych punktów Palermo.

Pros: Pulizia, stanza arredata con gusto, piccole attenzioni (caffè e tisane sempre a disposizione, uso della cucina e degli spazi comuni, terrazza)

Warunki bardzo dobre jak na centrum Palermo w tej cenie. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

Pros: Pokój Ameryka w apartamencie z dostępem do kuchni. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Blisko do centrum. 10 min do Ballare. Nie było problemu z zaparkowaniem samochodu na ulicy. Parkowanie darmowe. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Klimatyczny taras na dachu.

Cons: Pokój Ameryka ma łazienkę na zewnątrz. Co może przeszkadzać, ale nie jest bardzo uciążliwe.

Esperienza fantastica

Pros: La posizione era perfetta, vicina alla stazione centrale e a 10 minuti dal centro di Palermo. Salvo è stato gentilissimo sin dal check in e la stanza era ben tenuta.

Cons: Nella stanza Asia il soffione della doccia aveva dei fori occlusi e l’acqua usciva con una pressione forte.

Bis zu Kleinigkeiten, Es ist trotzdem sehr Schön

Pros: Alles war nur in der Nähe. Wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen. Es war immer kühl und angenehm drinnen. Wir haben uns immer gefreut, wieder in unser Zimmer zurückzugehen. Wir haben immer sehr gut geschlafen. Sehr sauber.

Cons: Das Waschbecken ist verstopft. Ich hoffe, es wird sofort erledigt. So schade, das Zimmer ist so schön und sauber. Der Billardtisch draußen in der Küche ist einfach viel zu laut, egal ob die Tür geschlossen ist
