Cute and perfect

Pros: Great host! Very nice! The bed is comfortable, high ceilings,cute little kitchen, cute little bathroom.

Cons: You could hear the neighbors talking when trying to sleep and hear every door that closes

Pros: The apartment was perfect and comfortable. Near to the centre and we also had privacy and all the important stuff that we needed. Would come back again with no second thought

Pros: Nice apartment with interesting light in a bathroom. A friendly host who helped with the air conditioning problem in the apartment. Quality and pleasant shower gels and soaps Clean.

Cons: Suddenly water can flow out of the air conditioner as there is no place for it to drain, this caused some inconvenience as the water had to be removed so as not to spoil the renovation of the apartment.

Best location in Palermo, nice and cozy apartment with everything you need: even a cool little balcony.

Pros: We absolutely loved the location of the apartment, you are a few steps away from Teatro Massimo and the busy area of Palermo. You can walk anywhere you want: the Vucciria Market, the harbour, you name it. The AC was awesome, once you are inside you don’t notice the heat at all. We also liked the small cozy balcony and the equipment of the small kitchen: it has everything you need, even coffee pods! Also: we were able to check in way earlier than 3pm and Fabrizzio had a well explained website for us on how to enter the apartment with the key box! (The website was in many languages!)

Cons: The neighbor tends to wake you up with his loud radio and his yelling, which proceeds during the day. He keeps on changing the stations without stopping?! Also we had a few ants after leaving some bread crumbs on the table, but that wasn’t a big issue. You just shouldn’t leave food out.

Very atmospheric studio to feel the full spirit of Sicily,very near all sightseeings

Consigliatissimo!

Pros: Posizione semplicemente perfetta: l’appartamento si trova in un punto strategico che permette di vivere Palermo comodamente a piedi. La struttura è super accogliente e curata. Un ringraziamento speciale va però a Fabrizio, davvero una persona eccezionale: disponibile, empatico e sempre attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Un dettaglio che ho apprezzato tantissimo è la possibilità di lasciare le valigie anche l’ultimo giorno, soprattutto se si ha il volo tardi e si vuole godere ancora qualche ora della città senza pensieri. Esperienza assolutamente positiva, consigliatissimo!

Pros: Stosunek ceny do jakości jak najbardziej na plus, super lokalizacja i plus za otwieracz do wina

Pros: Posizione ottima, vicinissimo a tutti i monumenti, comodo dalla stazione ferroviaria e dal porto. Appartamento ben arredato e molto pulito. Check-in rapido e host molto gentile.
