Pros: Everything. Exceptional host let us check-in earlier, met us at the front door, provided with very helpful instructions about how to get to the property and where to park the car for free, which is a rare thing in the heart of Palermo. Spacious 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor with the huge terrace and views,comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen. Famous Capo market with amazing street food just around the corner. Walking distance to main attractions of the centre of Palermo.

Cons: Nothing 🙃

Pros: wonderful accommodation, with a great view, in the city center!! wonderful owner who helped with everything! we recommend!!!!

Pros: Great communucation throughtout. Very central location. Very nice simple apartment with huge terrace . It was very clean and perfect for my needs Excellent stay. I woukd stay again and recommend to others.

Pros: We had the best stay at Mercede Rooms, Fabio the host was very helpful through our stay, great communcation the hole time we were there. He orgnised airport pick up for us and gave us a list of the best local places to eat and shop. The aprment has the best balcony overlooking the centre of Palermo, great place to enjoy a few drinks and watch the world go buy.

Pros: Very efficient operation and clean (aside from. Shower box) and great location.

Cons: The shower was very small and there was nowhere to place shampoo bottles etc. Seemed to be water leakage around shower box in this area was a bit grungy.

Pros: Location was great & close to centre/markets. The place was super clean & check-in was very efficient. Breakfast was super when Mario was working, very nice man! Fabio gave some great tips for places to eat out. Ps tip, there is a little place right beside the accommodation that normally has some men outside & 2 older ladies, they sell the coldest beer in Palermo to go!

Cons: Walking the other direction towards the train station is very dimly lit so I would not advise walking that way at night but this is no reflection on the accommodation.

Perfect location to visit Palermo. good accomodation.

Pros: Perfect location, everything nearby. The host Fabio was incredibly helpfull and proactive. No bad remarks on thé room ( enough space, good bed,Nice shower,...)

Cons: Breakfast Italian style. (Limited). Our room was unfortunately adjacent to the breakfast room/kitchen. (Noisy in the morning)

Pros: Fantastic location and we had a room with a terrace overlooking the cathedral. Would defn stay again

Pros: Fabio is a great host — quick to respond to messages and gives excellent tips on local restaurants. The room was very nice and clean, the breakfast was great, and the staff, Vanessa and Mário, were incredible. We would definitely come back.
