Dimora San Gregorio Luxury Rooms

We really suggest this place for a good holiday in Palermo

Pros: Location very central but quiet, the terrace spacious, the kitchen, the guest helpful and friendly giving us the information to make our stay perfect.

Nice

Pros: The location is excellent! It’s just 1 min walk to opera building, so it’s very close to popular tourist attractions and lively restaurants. The host is welcoming and always available via WhatsApp. The rooms and bedroom are clean. There is a common kitchen which includes fridge and other stuff, it is convenient to make a quick sandwich and hot drinks for breakfast ( no table and chairs )

Cons: The main entrance door is really narrow, and the first stairs you have to take is very step, so if you are travelling with huge suitcases, you may have some trouble.

Amazing apartment in an amazing location

Pros: A beautiful apartment in a good central location. Very clean place with attentive and friendly hosts. Exceptionally comfy bed and pillows, very good facilities. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay

Perfect rooms for a city trip

Pros: Great location, nice rooms, kitchen available, close to restaurant and shopping and parking at plaza orlando

Cons: We recommend the double room, we liked it more than the twin room

Very good accommodation in perfect location

Pros: Excelent location, renovated bedrooms and beautiful terrace. Very recommended!

Cons: Stairs to access accommodation’s floor are quite narrow

Pros: The hosts were lovely and attentive and the location was amazing! The room was cosy as well

A comfortable place to stay, walkable distances to everything you want to see, parking is close by and the hosts are gre

Pros: I absolutely loved the terrace on top of the house where the rooms are! It was great to sit there in the evening. It was also very clean and the hosts are absolute sweethearts - helped us with whatever we needed, gave information on what to see, what to do, made sure we are doing ok

Cons: The entryway is very narrow so it was hard to get in, but if this is the only problem, you know it’s not actually bad. The only thing we were not happy with were the people staying there, which is also not the hosts problem

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and beautifully arranged. Our hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming – they made us feel right at home and gave us great tips on what to see and do in the area. The location is perfect – just a short walk to a vibrant market full of life and kind people, and very close to the city center with plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants. We truly enjoyed every moment and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone. We’ll definitely be back!

Overall, this was super great stay

Pros: The location is very convenient, near to many historic buildings. The staff Paul and Serena are very helpful and friendly.

Cons: The air conditioning gets cool not quite fast.

High quality apartments, cleanliness at the highest level, good communication with the manager, convenient location.

Pros: This apartments really wonderful. It was great pleasure to live here. New quality furniture, bedroom and bathroom. We also had a balcony with a beautiful view of the local houses. You can also use the kitchen, refrigerator, iron, hair dryer. These apartments had excellent cleanliness, this is very important. I also want to thank the manager, who quickly answered all my questions and told in detail how to access the apartments. Very convenient location to the city center. Highly recommended 👍
