Pros: The host was very friendly, nice and considerable. The location is very close to the cathedral for sightseeing. Room is better than the pic, nice and clean.

Practical for exploring the centre of Palermo by foot

Pros: Very nice location in the centre of Palermo with lots of restaurants and bars and the Cathedral around the corner. The host was very nice and provided useful information and tips. Self check-in was super smooth. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. Everything you need for a brief stay.

Cons: The bathroom had a slight plumbing smell. The description says that parking is available, but it is actually public parking in the streets, so we had to go around a few times to find an available spot and being in the city centre we got stuck in limited areas.

Excellent rooms in the heart of Palermo

Pros: This place is fabulous. The check in was easy and flexible, Antonio the host was reachable by whatsap and he was clear with the indications. The room was perfect, cozy , clean and quiet. Location couldn't be better, next to the cathedral, very central. Overall, a great value for the money

Pros: A cozy and spacious room almost on Via Vittorio Emanuele. A very nice host, who sent us a really well-prepared sightseeing plan. It was clean, there was nothing missing, and in the morning we could have a small breakfast. A big plus for the charming balcony and a very large comfortable bed.

Clean and comfortable room in a quiet yet convenient location.

Pros: Spacious bedroom and bathroom in a secure building that was located on a quiet street but close to the action.

Cons: The air conditioning unit was extremely loud, you couldn’t sleep with it on and it was very hot.

A comfortable place in the heart of Palermo.

Pros: Great location, a few minutes from the tourist heart of Palermo. Modern flat, located in a quiet street. Comfortable beds, towels, basic cosmetics, hair dryer, coffee machine, mineral water, etc. Incredibly hospitable host Antonio.

Cons: Flat consists of two apartments with a common dining area. You may meet other guests.

Convenient location

Pros: Very convenient location. Relatively quite street. There is small lift in the building. Owner leaves complementary croissants that you can eat for breakfast and coffee.

Cons: We booked a quadruple room for 2 people because we wanted to have two separate beds. Apparently it is better to inform the owner in advance. Because by default room with beds is closed and you are offered only the one with single bed. Also check in was strange, as being downstairs was ringing the bell and no one opens the door. Apparently you have to text them on booking that you already arrived and then immediately they would open the door, even if you confirmed before that you will arrive in approximately 15min. But what if you have no internet on your phone? Had to call on phone to my friend and she would text on booking instead of me, so situation was a bit stressful.

Pros: The host allowed us to leave bags before the check-in. That was nice of him. Comfortable bed. Coffee, milk, large lobby for us and another one room
