Pros: A beautiful room with really lovely touches, in a great location near the cathedral and centre. Stephanie was a fantastic host

Pros: Everything was so perfect, from the communication with Stephie previous to arrival, the indications, the recommendations and the check in-out. Although it is a guesthouse and no physical attendance was available upon arrival, I felt immediately at home and I especially appreciated the attention of anticipating my early departure with a complete breakfast available in the fridge of my room. The place is also so enjoyable, decorated with taste, very comfortable and convenient to hang around Palermo. Thanks a lot, I definitely highly recommend it!

Cons: Would have been great to have a map in the room as we were very unsure where to go to get some food on the first night. Once we had our bearings we were fine

Cons: We knew the address, but when we first arrived it was hard to spot the buzzer to gain entry to the second floor B&B .

Fantastic location and service

Pros: This place was excellent! Breakfast was amazing and Elenora was fantastic in helping with our every need. Location is great! Super close to the main streets that are super lively! Highly recommend!

Spacious and comfortable stay with friendly and helpful staff.

Pros: Eleonora organised a seamless transfer from the airport for us which was really useful and very comparable to us doing directly. Meeting Stephie at the property, she was super friendly and had great local information. We had breakfast one morning which was very good, but the room is very small so you do find yourself in close proximity to other guests which can be a little awkward, so aim for the bench if you don't want to share : ) The room was enormous and so was the bathroom. All was very clean and toiletries provided, plus a fridge and wine glasses. As we had to leave before breakfast on our last morning, Stephie arranged some portable food stuffs for us to take which was greatly appreciated. The location is really central for lots of access to key attractions and locations.

Cons: It is on a very narrow street that can only fit one car on way so being dropped off / picked up with luggage can be a little stressful, plus you need to have your wits about you (especially with kids) when exiting the building as it's directly in the path of cars. The street you walk on is very close to the main strips, but it is very 'local' and without knowing much about the area, am not sure walking it alone would feel safe - but noting that we had no issue in our group of 5. There was apartments directly across being renovated, so that was noisy early in the morning, but not the fault of the venue at all as the windows are glazed. To mitigate staring directly into local apartments, there was bamboo screens put up so there is no view to speak of from the room we were in. There was a safe but it was not attached to anything so we did not use it.

Was exceptional stay in every way
