Guelio al Massimo Suites&Breakfast

Great stay in the heart of Palermo.

Pros: Fantastic apartment, you feel like you are in a hotel. Even though it's an shared apartment we didn't really see many guest apart from the morning. Our room was very big but the lightning was poor which was a shame. In regards to communal areas there is kitchen which is well equipped, there was bottled water, juice, milk in the fridge. Choice of different cakes and biscuits for breakfast, fresh croissants on Mon morning were lovely. The dining/lounge area is very spacious and lovely decorated. It is on 6th floor but there is a lift. Great location, very central, 5-10 min walk to Quattro Canti or Teatro Massimo. If you have a car it's tricky to get there and anything bigger than Fiat Panda may not squeeze through some narrow streets. There is on street parking but not easy to find and you must be careful which side of the street you park as some you need to pay and some you don't.

Cons: The light in our room wasn't very bright, but this is just my preference.

I would stay again despite the breakfast hiccup because it’s clean and spacious and great value for money

Pros: Clean and spacious, great location right near all the sights. Helpful staff.

Cons: Breakfast slightly lacking - on our second morning we had to leave at 9:30 and the croissants hadn’t been delivered. They’d arrived at 8:30 the day before. Not much else to eat other than the croissants so that was disappointing.

Good location for the Teatro, market and other locations.

Pros: Breakfast was adequate. Immediate surroundings were very dirty with much rubbish and graffiti. Not far from Teatro massima which was good.

Cons: Nothing. We accepted what was on offer.

Perfect stay in Palermo!

Pros: We loved our stay in Palermo. The staff are fantastic, in particular Angela who made it very easy to check in. She allowed us to leave our bags for a short trip to Trapani. The location is perfect, very clean, and has everything you need including breakfast and washing facilities and drinking water. I would recommend all my friends to book this.

Cons: We loved our stay.

Pros: Very nice and helpful host, good location close to the center, comfortable room.

Excellent central location close to places of interest, bars and restaurants.

Pros: The place is adorable! The room was lovely, spacious, and clean. The common areas were cosy and inviting. Breakfast was simple and self-service, and you have access to the kitchen, which is equipped with plenty of water, tea, and coffee. The location is perfect! 1 block away from the main street.

Cons: The place lost 1 point because I couldn't work the shutters in my room and didn't get the view, but it was very hot that day, so it was probably for the best

Pros: Excellent location, very guite neighborhood and close to the opera house and one of the main tourist street's

Pros: Very central, clean & excellent facilities. Host was very lovely.

Cons: Up lots of stairs tho there is a small lift.....
