I like this Hotel Boutique

Pros: Very great stay ,the position probably is the best to go around in the historic center. Very safe area, there is a station of the police very close. Many service inside in the room , for example welcome drink like Italian Prosecco. Staff very nice and friendly.

Pros: The staff were extremely kind and helpful. My partner had health issues, and the receptionist provided us with great support. They were also very accommodating and allowed us to keep the room for as long as we needed at a reasonable price. We have nothing but praise for the staff.

Great choice, I would choose it again

Pros: + comfy, clean and well equipped room + convenient localisation, close to most of attractions by walk + kind and helpful personel + tasty and diverse breakfasts - you need to pay for it extra but worth it + (make sure to try excellent PizzaRe which is located in the closest neighbourhood)

Cons: - additional shelf in bathroom would be helpful

Absolutely recommended

Pros: The staff were amazing - from getting early access to our room, providing recommendations for the city, being available for any questions we had, to a late checkout due to one of us being sick. Location was great, clean and comfortable room.

Cons: The only negative aspect was the sound of the water tank. Whenever we or our neighbours turned on the water it was extremely loud.

Great location from which to explore Palermo

Pros: Good location, good breakfast with some home-made special dishes. Very friendly and helpful staff who gave good suggestions for my visit.

Cons: There were ants in the room. Very little ones but lots of them.

Pros: Pietro and Giuseppe !!! So very friendly and helpful . Location location location .

Cons: The stairs ….. but not a huge problem as both Pietro and Giuseppe helped with the luggages .

Simplus perfect

Pros: Perfect place for sighteeing Palermo. Close to Teatro Massimo and nightlife. Room was comfortable and quiet. No complaints. Breakfast was very good and a nice balance between southern and eastern European tastes.

Pros: The staff was very gentle and helpful. Our room very clean and with a very comfortable bed. There was a coffee machine that we could use for free. The breakfast was so varied, we loved it. the location is in the heart of the historic centre you don’t need buses.
