Antica Palermo R&B

Nice stay in a beautiful historic building in a great location.

Pros: beautiful building and antique interior (altho curtain and bedcover were in cheap synthetic material) ; the dining room was gorgeous, & location was excellent…

Cons: check-in was problematic as there was no staff, nor code to open the door to get into the hotel. My friend had to wait 3 HOURS until I reached the hotel around 6 PM from the airport, telephoned the hotel to get a woman who spoke poor English and irritable when explaining where the key was hidden… The next morning, when we met this woman (manager?) she was nice so it all ended well but check-in modalities need improvement…

Pros: Loved the suite and the entire place overall, both charming and practical!

Cons: I'd love to have a more substantial breakfast option

A great place, in the heart of the old city.

Pros: Cinzia, the host, was very helpful and left us a leaflet with very useful suggestions of what to do in Palermo. Quite a nice detail.

Pros: One of the best places to stay in Palermo! The staff are incredibly welcoming, the breakfast is lovely, and the hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of the city.

Cons: Our room faced the street, so it was a bit noisy in the evening, but things quieted down fairly quickly. The shower cabin is quite compact, but it was manageable for a short stay.

Lovely little B&B in perfect location

Pros: Perfect location, close to the shuttle bus stop. Lovely breakfast!

Very kindly hostess , excellently accommodation.

Pros: It was an authentic Italian atmospheres in the ideal Center of the town.

Cons: No comment

Excellent accommodation, in a very good location with a lovely host Cinzia.

Pros: The B & B is in an icomic 18th Centuary building on one of the main streets in Palermo and beautifully appointed throughout. The Buffet Breakfast provided by our host every morning, in the beautiful lounge with tables laid up, was very good and included cereal, juice, pastries, fruit, home made cake and savoury options. Tea and coffee were made to order. We actually had a two bed roomed apartment which was very spacious and well fitted out.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay in the heart of Palermo. The hotel is located just steps away from the crossroads of the city’s two main streets – an ideal location for exploring. Despite being right on one of the busiest streets, the place is surprisingly quiet, as the windows facing the street are in a shared salon, not in the individual rooms. We loved the beautiful historical setting and especially the elegant salon where breakfast is served – it's also a great spot to relax on a vintage-style sofa and soak in the atmosphere.

Cons: The only downside is that the apartment itself doesn't get much natural light, as it only has a window facing the inner courtyard.

Pros: 10 out 10! It gives what it shown on the listing. The hosts were super friendly and welcoming. The facilities were great and also the location.

Great value for money and central location.

Pros: Excellent location for using the airport shuttle bus just 300m from the drop off and pick up point. Good value for money. Central for exploring and lots of good bars and restaurants a short walk away. This place is good for a night or two.

Cons: Shower cubicle was a bit small and if you arrive late it’s worth getting really clear instructions on entering the property.
