Lovely stay in amazing location

Pros: Good location, very central. Great breakfast and Luca was welcoming.

Cons: The streets outside are super lively, which is great. But make sure you bring earplugs if you are a bit of a light sleeper! This isn’t obviously not the host’s fault, just an advice!

Highly recommended.

Pros: The accommodation is in a perfect location, on a lovely street in the city center. The room is spacious and bright, with a large bathroom. The common areas add a special charm, including a spacious and beautiful dining room, as well as a large terrace with a lovely view over the rooftops of Palermo. The friendly host, Luca, will serve you an excellent breakfast every morning.

Cons: Everything was just fine.

Pros: We highly recommend this charming apartment in the heart of Palermo. The owner was exceptionally kind and welcoming—he personally helped us with parking (note: the access street is very narrow for larger cars). The apartment is spacious, clean, and has a lovely French balcony. The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot. A special thanks to the host for the delicious homemade breakfast. We would gladly stay here again!

Nice place to stay in Palermo

Pros: The location was perfect. The owner was friendly and helpful. The common terrace is nice and has beautiful tiles. It was a comfortable stay and we couldn't have asked for anything more for our first holiday in Palermo.

Cons: There is no lift so if you have heavy luggage it can be tricky going up or down the stairs. The owner was kind enough to help us with the luggage when we arrived & left the property.

Wonderful Stay in a Lively Part of Palermo

Pros: The location is excellent — right in a lively and vibrant part of the city, perfect for exploring on foot. The host and staff were helpful and welcoming, making sure I had everything I needed. Breakfast on the terrace was a real highlight — delicious food with a lovely atmosphere to start the day. A great place to stay for a true Palermo experience.

Cons: If you have mobility issues, this property would not be suitable due to flights of stairs and no elevator.

Great location. Lovely stay.

Pros: Ad Hoc rooms is in a perfect location, central to everything! Felt very secure too with a coded lock to get in and despite it being next to a number of bars and restaurants, you couldn't hear a thing when the door was shut. Luca was a fantastic host, even before we arrived he was helping us with where to park and came to find us when we got lost! Each room is themed differently and ours was music themed which we really liked. Breakfast was simple but fresh and tasty. Air con worked well, bed was comfy and shower was warm. Really liked the communal area too, always had cold water in the fridge.

Cons: There are a lot of stairs up to the rooms. We didn't mind too much but something to be mindful of if you struggle with stairs. Our shower tray could have done with a bit of a refresh but nothing that couldn't be fixed easily.
