Panurban Rooms by Wonderful Italy

Pros: The apartment is located near the central points of the city: the train station, the city center and public transport stops. Although it was in the busy area of Palermo, we didn't hear any noise from the street or nearby rooms. The room was beautiful and cosy. When you closed the window blinds there was complete darkness so we slept very well every night. It was also clean, we were given many towels and toiletries. The air conditioning worked very well. Contact with the host was on point, the lady that welcomed us was extremely kind and helpful and offered to give us recommendations where to eat in the city and what to see.

Cons: There was no place to make yourself some coffee or tea, even in the common area. Also, it was a little weird for us that we had to take out the trash by ourselves. It was recommended to separate the waste but we were given only one bin.

Perfect location

Pros: Location is impeccable if you want to be within a stones throw of all the best restaurants/bars and architecture. Check in was seamless and we were escorted in by a host. Room was spacious,.comfortable and clean. Loved our stay here.

Very helpful staff, great location, good facilities, would stay again

Pros: Very central location, close to the Old part and to transport

Cons: We stayed in the room with the external bathroom - which was just across the hall and very nice and modern - our only issue was the key access was an old fashioned key - would have been a lot easier if it was a card access key

Great Location and Comfortable Stay

Pros: The location was perfect, close to the central station and all the main attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The room was very comfortable, with a nice little balcony to enjoy morning coffee. The A/C worked well, and the TV had Netflix, which was a nice touch. Despite being near a busy street, once the window was closed, it was surprisingly quiet. The host was very responsive and even suggested great activities and restaurants to check out, which really added to the experience. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.

Cons: We stayed in a room with a private but separate bathroom, and it was a bit inconvenient to have to lock and unlock it using the room keys. A lock system inside the bathroom would have been much more practical. The room itself was well isolated from outside noise, but unfortunately, not from the sounds coming from other rooms. We were woken up a couple of times by people arriving late or leaving early.

Modern apartment in great location

Pros: Modern in a good location Eco friendly toiletries ( not single use bottles) Despite being on a busy road there was triple glazing so quiet at night Fresh flowers in shared seating area was a surprise addition

Cons: Despite tea bags and kettle there were only espresso cups, no cups or mugs There was a microwave but no options to be able to use this as no plates or cutlery

Great location but very poor management and communication.

Pros: Location was excellent, very centrally located within walking distance of most sites. The room was clean and there was a lift.

Cons: Checking in was very poor. We were emailed asking for documents and to pay tax, both of which we did in advance. We were advised that the code would be sent on our day of arrival and a staff member would meet us at the accommodation at the time of arrival we specified. Neither of these happened. We only accessed the hotel thanks to a fellow traveller and finally were sent our room number. A message sent asking a question was never answered. All in all, it was very disappointing.

Pros: The location's is excellent,it is located directly in the heart of Palermo. Located near all the street food locations. A ten minute walk to the cathedral. Accessible by car.

Cons: There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Pros: Location is perfect to sightseeing Palermo. Close to Central train station and a lot of buses to move around the city. Close to good restaurants for breakfast and dinner. Contact with the reception without any problems. Very fast, direct and easy check in and check out. Room was really clean. We do not have any problems.

Cons: We do not have any problems. But.... In our room we had to wait for a hot water a little bit longer. It is not a big problem but good to know. Also it is loud outside, but when you will close the balcony properly it is fine. It is more for information then disadvantage.

Good value, great room!

Pros: Clean and spacious room. Very close to city's main attractions. 10 min walk from train station. The double doors to the balcony helped a lot to reduce noise from the busy street.

Cons: Water temperature in the shower turned cold quickly and it took quite long for warm water to come back.

Great choice

Pros: Everything was just as expected! Room was spacious and nicely furnished! Check in was also super uncomplicated. Besides this we also enjoyed very much the area and that everything was in walking distance.
