Pros: they are really good hosts. the place is in the heart of the city with a good balcony to enjoy the liveliness of the main street. they let us in earlier than our check in time and provided support throughout the stay. everything felt clean and thought(vending machines outside the rooms etc.) to us even though it was a short 4 night visit.

Super Location and Stay!

Pros: I had an absolutely wonderful stay here with my friend! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness. The host went above and beyond to make us feel at home, offering thoughtful tips about the area and always making sure we had everything we needed. The accommodation was spotless, the location was perfect for exploring, and everything was beautifully maintained. What truly made this stay unforgettable was the heartfelt hospitality!

We will be back for sure.

Pros: We have visited Pretoria Rooms in August 2025 and we loved the place. Stayed with my housband for 2 nights and visited Palermo. The location is great, central, clean, cozy, bed and pillows were comfortable. Francesca welcomed us with her big smile, friendly and was available all the time for any advice. We will back for sure!

Cons: We loved everything.

Pros: Alessandro was amazing, he took care of us, gave us recommendations for food and visiting places. We rented a car and the hotel had secure underground parking. Alessandro was parking it for us everytime. Just a veery pleasant place !!

Cons: The sink was blocked so water was taking very long to go down the drain. the big top shower head wasn't working either.
