Good

Pros: What I liked the most was the location, right in the heart of Palermo. The staff are very welcoming, and the doorman is also very friendly, which made the experience even better.

Cons: What I didn’t like was the bed. It’s very old and so deformed that it curves into a “U” shape, which was disappointing and affected the comfort of my stay.

Brilliant stay in the heart of Palermo.

Pros: Fantastic location, right on the main walking street up to the cathedral. The room was nicely decorated with a retro feel. Our host went out of his way to accommodate us. Easy access. Highly recommend.

Cons: Bed could have been more comfortable.

Excellent place in the heart of Palermo

Pros: Excellent location, right in the heart of the city. Car park is right under the b&b. Very clean. Very quiet room

Pros: We loved staying here! Right in the heart of Palermo! The room was spacious with very comfortable bed. Staff were helpful and attentive. Our car parking was easy using the hotel parking, given old town parking can be difficult.

Pros: we loved the location in the heart of Palermo, walking distance to all the restaurants, shop and historical sites was the best .Also the fact we were picked up in our car nearby to then be driven to the accommodation which would have been too difficult to navigate on our own and then have parking for our vehicle was SO thoughtful and convenient.

Great location to explore

Pros: The location. The owner met us at the place and even took me to a pharmacy as I was unwell- very hospitable and generous.

Cons: Unfortunately for our stay the air conditioner didn’t work during our stay. Although the owner tried hard for us to get it fixed, it had a fault. Otherwise, we were happy with the property.

Would definitely stay there again

Pros: Perfect location. Two minute walk to Quattto Canto. Lots of mini marts around. Walking distance to the bus/train station. Excellent option

Great stay

Pros: Great service! Alessandro and Francesca were very helpful throughout the stay. We booked incorrect room type which was totally our misstep but they did everything possible to fix it. Very nice location close to public communication routes and monuments, multiple stores and restaurants on the street. There is iron available by request, no laundry service or washing machine, but you can find 24/7 laundry service close to the property.

Palermo is worth a visit , one day is enough

Pros: The hotel room is above one of the liveliest bars and the noise from its music continues to at least 2 am so noisy but in a great spot, parking can be organized and is safely under the block.

Cons: We would prefer a quieter night, so if you don't mind noise this is a good place to go, breakfast is arranged if you go over the road to the cafe.

Good value for money

Pros: Good value for money. check-in is smooth, i have arrived early, i could leave luggage at apartment. the airport shuttle station is close to hotel.
