Pros: Everything was excellent! The host was very kind and helpful - he provided all the necessary information in advance and gave clear instructions on how to get there in the most convenient way. The apartment was very clean, modern, and well-maintained. The bed was large and extremely comfortable, which made my stay even more pleasant. The location is perfect - right on a lively street with plenty of things around, yet the room itself was very quiet, allowing me to rest peacefully. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again!

Pros: Very beautiful room, spacious, big bathroom, nice amenities , very clean, right in the centre of Palermo, close to everything, felt very safe here.
Cons: The check-in process with codes is a bit complicated and one of the physical keys did not work, but used the codes after activation (Attention, the codes only activate at noon, we did not know that!), poor comunication with the owner, but the room itself is lovely.

More an air bnb than a B&B but nevertheless very good
Pros: It was a lovely room, clean, good size, nice bathroom, well appointed. Central location near Quattro Canti. Vouchers for breakfast, but at a very nice local pasticceria.
Cons: Sound insulation from the street was very good. That from the internal walls not so good depending on the ‘neighbours’ !

Pros: Great location! Right in the city center, yet the apartment is well soundproofed, which allows for a peaceful rest. The apartment is clean, nicely and modernly furnished, with all the amenities. Riccardo is a great host who pays attention to every detail. Highly recommend! 🙂

Real luxury in the center of Palermo!
Pros: Everything you might ask for and even more with an everyday maintenance of the apartment. The best spot to stay right on top of the main pedestrian zone and in the center of action at night.
Cons: The first entrance to the apartment is quite dodgy. Feels like playing in an escape room but the apartment itself is pure luxury!

Pros: Perfect location, in walking distance near all the sights. Friendly staff Riccardo that were very helpful and the cleaning lady worked very hard. Newly renovated very nice & modern & old and ancient right outside my door. Loved it. I would stay there again.

Pros: The room is very, spacious, modern and clean, it has everything you need! Especially the bathroom was very nice. It is located on the main street of Palermo, with lots of bars, restaurants and shops. It is a lively neighborhood, but because of the soundproof windows you barely hear any noise. The breakfast tickets, that you can exchange for breakfast in a cafe nearby, were a very nice extra. The host (Riccardo) was amazing! He was super friendly, helpful and spoke English very well. He was the best host we’ve had during our holiday in Sicily. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Pros: We spent 7 days in this beautiful apartment. Everything about it is great! The hosts are very kind and welcoming. The room is comfortable, clean, with all the useful details for guests. Towels, hotel slippers, shampoo, body lotion.. Thanks again for the wonderful apartment and a wonderful time in Palermo.
