Good enjoyable hotel but with few little improvements to make...

Pros: Free spacious parking, nice view and large room and balcony... Daily cleaning and good, nice staff... Breakfast not so bad with great and helpful staff...

Cons: Furniture not so modern, and regarding the balcony a nice little table could have been appreciated... Breakfast not so much choice especially in the savoury side...

Pros: To have a sea view room was a nice bonus. This was the third time I've stayed there as a stop between getting off the GNV ship from Genoa and the onward journey. The restaurant is very good and the waiter who was working alone on Thursday evening and was also there on Friday morning (sorry, did not get his name) did an excellent job.

Comfortable place in palermo

Pros: Stayed here a few times and have never been disappointed. Staff are excellent and facilities are great.

Cons: Had to ask for extra pillows as none in room.

Pros: Great breakfast, I would recommend this hotel and come back. There is free parking behind the hotel. Good choice for someone that comes by ship with the car - it's near the port.

Pros: The renewed room we stayed in last night was nice as i had to book extra night additionally. However the first two nights we booked were old room which was indeed not good. Even though both we booked were same class, economy room. I strictly recommend clarifying this issue when anyone books in this hotel

Pros: Sheets and towels were clean, nice staff and ok breakfast.

Cons: Floor and sink (and around sink) were not so clean, bed a little bit soft and furniture old. There were school kids (as the receptionist told me in the morning, they booked 34 rooms). They were screaming, shouting and ran through the halls for cca 2 hours, then they went out and at about 12/1 am they came back, they woke us up, they were extremely loud and unpolite. I did not hear that anyone from the hotel reacted to calm them down not did anybody apologize in the morning for the situation. And it was very unprofesional give us room on the same floor were they were, and more to that, our room was first near the stairs and elevator.
