Perfect place and location, I can highly recommend it, especially for couples.
Pros: Simone was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately our flight was delayed so we arrived in the night, but despite of the delay, he was waiting for us at the door. He also helped us to rent a motorbike (all rentals were fully booked) which was really kind of him. On our last day, he let us stay a bit longer, so we didn't need to deal with luggage storages, but just leave our stuff in the apartment. Excellent host he was, in my honest opinion. The apartman was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The location couldn't be better, it is literally in the middle of the old town, so everything was within a few minutes walk. Thanks to the location, it was also easy to park our motorbike just in front of the house as there are some parking spots there.
Cons: I can't think of anything.

A good base to explore Palermo.
Pros: Vito was an excellent host. Communication was immediate and supportive. Good location for key historical sites. Apartment comfortable and well appointed. Water hot. Wi-Fi reliable and sound. Would be happy to return on a future visit to Palermo.
Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Pros: Perfect location right in the historical centre of Palermo. The owner was very kind, ready to help us with anything we needed (mainly recommendation of sightseeing, bus transport, beaches, restaurants, luggage on the last day of our vacay and much more). The apartment was clean and eqiupped with refreshments like coffe, tea, juice, bottled mineral water which was very nice.

Marvelous and amazing!

Great flat, great spot, great host.
Pros: Apartment was exactly as described, and very clean.Plenty towels and hot water, good wifi, mossie -proofed. Close to the historic centre , but nonetheless quiet. Apartment was very secure. Host was very supportive and informative.Gave us a good orientation to the city and pointers about where to eat, and gave us his phone number in case we needed any help during our stay.

Pros: Czysto, wygodnie, tuż obok katedry, super kontakt z właścicielem. W apartamencie było wszystko czego potrzeba. Byłem tam cały tydzień i jeśli będę w Palermo, to wrócę to to miejsce.

Pros: Perfektne zorganizovaný letiskový transfer ubytovatelom. Perfektný apartman, nič nám nechýbalo, chladnička plná alko a nealko nápojov, super kávovar s obrovským množstvom kapsúl, croasant rôzne druhy. Čistá izba a kúpeľňa...v kúpeľni síce zopár malých mušiek ale sme si zvykli na nich😃. K apartmánu všetko blízko, centrum mesta, železničná stanica, autobusová stanica. Kto si chce aspoň trošku si vychutnať život v Palerme tak mu vrelo odporúčam, miestny sú veľmi milí. Mondello beach mestskou hromadnou dopravou je na 20 minút, autobusy čisté klimatizované a pohodlné, celodenný listok stojí len 3,50€. Majiteľ apartmánu Vito je nápomocný, pomôže vo všetkom a hneď. Získali sme zopár dobrých priateľov.
Cons: Nám vankúše nejako nepasovali, možno nie sme zvyknutí na takéto typy vankúšov 🤷....

Apartamento aconchegante no coração de Palermo, com anfitrião que superou qualquer expectativa.
Pros: O apartamento é localizado no centro de Palermo, extremamente bem localizado, facilitando em muito a locomoção pela cidade. Além disso, encontrei o apartamento com a limpeza impecável, muito bem equipado, com internet funcionando perfeitamente. O local é super aconchegante, a cama muito confortável e todas as funcionalidades disponíveis. A cereja do bolo é o anfitrião, Sr. Vito, que foi muito atencioso desde o momento da reserva, com várias dicas da cidade, até o final da estadia, tornando tudo ainda mais perfeito. Sabendo que chegaria à cidade muito cedo e sozinha, ele ofereceu, sem que precisasse pedir, o check-in antecipado. Também deixou o apartamento repleto de água e docinhos que tornaram a minha estadia ainda melhor. Só tenho a agradecer pela recepção calorosa e quando voltar a cidade certamente repetirei a estadia!
Cons: Tudo foi perfeito, não tenho nada a reclamar.

Posizione centrale !
Pros: Simone è stato gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione ! Al mio arrivo ho trovato acqua bibite e prodotti per la prima colazione, ci sono anche le cialde per il caffè . La struttura è pulita, ben disposta con arredi nuovi, è presente l aria condizionata! La posizione è ottima davvero a pochi metri dalla cattedrale .
