Paradise in Sicily!

Pros: We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful holiday home. Everything was exactly as described – and even better in real life! The house is very well equipped and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of storage space in the rooms, which we really appreciated. A real highlight was the fantastic outdoor kitchen with a grill – perfect for relaxing evenings outside. The pool and garden area were very well maintained and inviting. Communication with the host was easy, friendly, and prompt. We felt at home from the very beginning and would love to come back. Highly recommended! :)

PARADISE! It was everything we wanted and more

Pros: Massimo was an incredible host, he made us feel like family and always went above and beyond. He organised our scooters which were waiting at the villa when we arrived, he also had the pool guy come over to change the timer so the lights would stay on later for us. All of his recommendations were exceptional including the incredible supermarket in town and local restaurant we went to twice. The villa exceeded our expectations, it was perfection and felt like our own resort. We spent most of our time in and around the pool and cooked everything in the beautiful outdoor kitchen. I would highly recommend Villa New Charme and Castellamaro del Golfo area in general to anyone visiting Sicily. We will definitely be back next summer and hopefully many more!

We travelled all over the island and didn't see anywhere we would rather have been based.

Pros: The outdoor area was beautifully kept and the swimming pool was exceptional. The biggest I've had at a villa - bigger than some hotels I've been to! The area was lovely but you do need a car. Anastasia and Massimo were available to help whenever we needed them and were very friendly. My Mum is in a wheelchair and we found the whole villa accessible. The shop and restaurant at nearby Scopello was excellent.

Cons: More information on how to open the gate from inside the villa at night or a second clicker. My daughter had to phone and wake me up when she came in after going out at night.

A peaceful and relaxing property close to some enjoyable sights with the Sicilian vibe.

Pros: The property is very private with a lovely pool and outdoor area. We were four adults, two young children, and a small dog, and the layout of the main house and smaller guest house (a large bedroom and bathroom) were perfect for our group. There was a small kitchen and outdoor grilling area so we could cook some meals at the house. We felt safe given the private entrances to the property. Our contact, Anastasia, provided local recommendations for a supermarket, restaurants, private boat tour of Castellammare and some other nearby sightseeing options. She was very responsive anytime we had a question. Temple of Segesta, Scopello and Eric are all nearby sightseeing attractions to explore. Keep in mind, there isn't much within walking distance, so a car is a must! On the weekend, downtown Castellammare was bustling with people and we enjoyed some nice restaurants, lively bars and some shopping! It is a surprising small city with lovely sea views and charming streets to explore.

Cons: We were the first guests of the season, and it seemed the house hadn't been opened yet. So we had to do a bit of cleaning and open all the doors to freshen the air. The outdoor furniture and grill needed to be cleaned really well before we could use them. Despite the first guests of the season, I would have expected this to be addressed before we arrived. It's the main reason for not providing a higher rating. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Pros: Hier bietet sich eine Möglichkeit zur echten Entspannung. Die Villa, der Pool, die Lage sowie wertvolle Tipps des Vermieters sind alles Aspekte für einen Urlaub, wie er sein soll.

Cons: Für fünf Erwachsene, die sich selbst einen Snack oder ein Frühstück machen wollen, war die Küche etwas klein aber dafür sehr gut ausgestattet.

Buena opción!!!! Recomendable!

Pros: La tranquilidad y la ubicación. Cumplió nuestras expectativas. Todo bien cuidado.

Cons: La cocina algo vieja y no tenía horno. El check out muy pronto.

Pros: Massimo, Anastasia, Alessandro, Tutti erano di alto grado relativo all' ospitalitá... Consiglio a tutti, chi cercano un posto meraviglioso e tranquillo, intimo...buon attrezzato...complimenti!
