Delightful

Pros: Even though the properly is located a bit from the center it had an access to the beach and swimming pool on site which was why we chose it. I also liked that there was a nice little balcony overlooking the sea. The apartment itself had everything we needed and we truly loved it there. Another advantage is that host can provide a transfer and we were picked up on a very nice and comfortable car from the airport. The host was very kind and helpful. He shared a lot of information on what to do in Palermo, what to see and where to eat 😊 All in all, we enjoyed our stay!

We had a lovely relaxing stay, the pool is a bonus when you want to relax. The apartment was great 😊

Pros: Very spacious apartment and clean pool. Good location for the tram. A supermarket close by and a great gelato bar a few mins away.

Cons: Nothing that wasn’t mentioned in the reviews…. The beach is not good near to the apartment but we knew that.

Pros: Property was very clean and bright, very close to the tram stop for getting into the centre. Plenty of loungers at the pool.

Cons: The dome you see in photos is actually very thin material, the other side of this was in our bedroom and we could hear everything from the lobby and I think also conversations from the apartment next to us through their side of the dome.

Seven night stay

Pros: The swimming pool, terrace and garden area were lovely. We hired a car, there was always parking close to the apartment on the road. The tram into Palermo was 5 minutes away and only cost 1 Euro. You could walk into Palermo along the beach front, but it is a 40 minute walk and the tram was so easy to use. You could sometimes hear the ambulances going past to the hospital, but it really wasn't that noisy and there was no noise at night time. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Cons: There could have been more cutlery, wine glasses and plates and the pillows were quite hard.

Amazing location for a great price

Pros: We had a duplex apartment with the sea view and it was great! The apartment was spacious and cosy, lots of shops & the tram station were in 5 min walking distance. Private parking was great too and easily accessible.

Cons: The sofa bed was quite worn out and loud upon turning/standing up from it. If you do park in the private parking lot and have a low car, be careful not to scratch it from underneath. :)

Perfect and practical

Pros: Everything was perfect. The accommodation was clean, the staff very helpful, the girl in charge of the air bnb was perfect for everything, any question and need . The cleaning staff was also adorable and conciencious

Excellent

Pros: The apartement is very good. Pretty, stilish, comfortable, a good size. Very pleasant. It has a beautiful garden with a very nice pool. There arent any beaches in Palermo, so the pool is a really super addition. REALLY. The staff was very helpful and kind. They picked us up at the airport and also took us out on the way back. They gave us a detailed description about the local buses and restaurants and everything we needed. There are shops and restaurants nearby, the bus/tram takes you to the Central Station in 15 minutes. The sea is across the road, although this part is not ideal for swimming, but I took some nice jogs there. There is also a park. All in all, great place to stay, better than I expected, great value for the price.

Cons: The neighborhood is a bit shabby. Bear in mind that the nearby seaside is not really a beach. The apartement is at a busy road. You might use some earplugs.
