Pros: The location is great, the room is large, the facilities are a bit old but everything you need for a short stay. Registration is online and you must have a phone with internet when you arrive, we didn't see anyone, we did everything ourselves

Cons: Since the price was low, it would be silly to complain about anything.

Pros: Great central location in the old part of Palermo, great pizza restaurant next door.

Cons: Not a criticism of the property - Parking is limited in the piazza, there is a multi-store car park close by. The property is in the old part of Palermo, so the ZTL change needs to be paid if you drive.

Pros: Perfect location! Elevator was amazing. Easy check in, sparkling clean! Great safe parking garage steps away!

Pros: The host was available all the time. We really loved the location. The area is very quiet, but at the same time close to the center.

Cons: The only thing we missed was a stove because we didn't notice that it wasn't in the description.

Big, comfy room at a good location.

Pros: Smack in the middle of Palermo. Easy to get to the central market squares and other attractions. Even possible to walk to both the harbour and the train station. Big comfortable room with plenty of space. Separate (not en-suite) but private bathroom.

Great team makes great stays

Pros: Great location, rooms are comfortable and cozy in old palace house. There was some issues with the WiFi but the team was great accommodating all our needs, they even found us a new place to stay when we needed to increase our stay. There's few rooms in the flat, but there was no noises or issues. Our room was overlooking the square (that is a parking now, so good location if you are traveling by car) and was quiet and sunny. Also the management team was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC and super communicative

Cons: WiFi was not the greatest, also the bed was not super comfortable (I'm picky), but everything was great
