Serendipity room & relax

In a city full of life, this place offered a pocket of peace, wrapped in care and charm.

Pros: The room was modern, very spacious, and had great amenities like air conditioning, a lift, and a large bathroom with good water pressure in the shower. The location was also very central, which made it easy to explore Palermo. But the real highlight was the hospitality—Manuela was incredibly warm and patient, especially as I tried to speak Italian with her. She prepared a thoughtful breakfast each morning, always checking the night before to make sure it suited us. It really felt like a home away from home.

Amazing stay in Palermo with an incredible host!

Pros: Manuela is an amazing host ! She took great care of us and offered us nice recommendations and an amazing breakfast! The room is brand new and very large and confortable

Cons: Nothing -everything was absolutely perfect!

Pros: This is a wonderful place to stay in the heart of Palermo. Walking distance to everything and yet not too touristy. It felt truly authentic. The accommodation was beyond our expectation, very cool design, spotlessly clean, private and quiet. The breakfast was amazing! We are still thinking about the pastries… Manuela the owner, is a gentle and kind host. It was lovely to meet her and her mother and they gave us excellent recommendations for places to see and eat. Palermo is a fantastic city , we hope to return and would love to stay at Serendipity again.

Pros: Wonderful accommodation, very comfortable, quiet, safe and tidy! Breakfast is delicious, real Italian. Manuela is wonderful. Ready to help and give us all the information we were looking for! The apartment is in a great location. Thank you Manuela for a wonderful vacation👌💕

Clean, spacious and minimalistic property, but the experience was made by the hospitable host.

Pros: The host was very responsive and visibly takes a lot of pride in the property. The breakfast was fresh sweet pastries and fruit, yogurt, and hot coffees and espresso drinks prepared/brought by the host.

Cons: The streets outside of the property are run down and is surrounded by parked cars, which makes it slightly difficult to transport luggage. But that is not related to the host’s ability or in the host’s control. However, guests should be aware, if they travel heavy.

Pros: Everything, beautiful room, great location, hosts couldn't be longer or more welcoming. Breakfast was offered as sweet or savoury on request. Great location, accessible for everything, highly recommended

Cons: Nothing to dislike other than we couldn't eat all of the delicious breakfast offerings!

Pros: Manuela and her family are super nice, really make me feel like home during my stay, she really spend time with the guest and give me lots of good advices about Palermo, looking forward to come back to Palermo again.

Comfortable and lovely owners, great location!

Pros: Very friendly and kind staff. The bed was really comfortable and the breakfast included local foods that were delicious! Staff also came in to make up our room while we were out, which was a nice touch that one would usually only expect in a hotel.

Cons: The property didn’t have an iron, but not a huge problem!

A gorgeous B&B with excellent service and great value for money!

Pros: We had a beautiful room which was really tastefully decorated and very clean. Towels were lovely and soft!! We received the warmest welcome from our lovely host who could not have done more for us throughout our stay - a lovely personal breakfast and lots of excellent recommendations and travel tips for our stay!

Cons: The location was a little further out than other places we’d looked at but we were happy to walk 20ish minutes to most places but you could easily get the bus into the centre from the stop 5 minus away from the B&B!

Homely, central and clean.

Pros: It was very clean and Manuela and her mother were very welcoming and accomodating. Easy to get to and from the airport on the bus.

Cons: On the Saturday night it was quite noisy outside with music from a local bar but that can happen when you stay in a city.
