Nice room in an excellent location

Pros: Great location and room excellently priced. Loved the balcony.

Cons: The bathroom was beautiful but the shower screen slid all the way to one side leaving a big gap into the bathroom - just needs a few things tweaking to make it better. Lots of steps up to the apartment - OK for us but with no lift be aware you have to get your bag up stairs.

Wonderful stay

Pros: Oh it was wonderful. The location, the views, the music outside, the common area. Amazing

Cons: People complained about the stairs and no lift. It wasn't that bad, the building itself is really nice too, so actually quite enjoyed going up the stairs. So no complaints

Excellent accommodation, beautiful location; shame about the poor communication.

Pros: Excellent standard of decoration and hygiene, with the ceiling and the balcony absolutely superb. We felt there was poor communication with staff: when we provided updates, they were unacknowledged or ignored; when we had questions, answers were vague a slow to arrive; and we had to ask other guests about how to unlock the front door as staff had missed out essential information! We were also frustrated about the lack of hot water at times.

Pros: Excellent location right in the centre of Palermo. The room was nice, clean and comfortable.

Cons: We were staying on the 4th floor and there was no lift so the stairs were tough at times. There was a communal kitchen area but no plates, cutlery, bins etc to make it useful.

Sublime views from a beautiful room in a perfect location.

Pros: Beautiful room in the heart of Palermo. Superb views from the balcony. Clean and comfortable with excellent communication with the host. Terrific bathroom with a kitchen also available. The location is perfect.

Cons: The stairs are difficult with luggage but worth the climb for the view!
