Pros: The single bed room is quite small but has what one needs and the position next to the Teatro Massimo is great!

Cons: Not much to complain for that price.. Some suggestions: Sugar and cream in the kitchen would be useful for those who don’t like to take the coffee black. If it was my apartment I would put more love into furnishing it and putting up some art and decoration. It has a bit the feel of a (male) bachelor’s flat :D

Amazing value for money

Pros: Everything was super clean, spacious, and the staff was super friendly, also, not a lot of people, which means not a lot of noises in the corridors.:) bed was comfy, location was calm and full of greens around.

Pros: Excellent location right next to Teatro Massimo, spacious apartment, 2 kinds of heating (air condition and radiators), plenty of towels. extra bed covers. We didn't spend much time there during the day but the place provided great rest after roaming the streets of Palermo. The hosts (who we only saw at the check-in and the check-out) were very friendly. Thank you for the great stay.

Pros: Nice room with balcony, good location and good residential area too 👍

Cons: I booked 3 nights but could stay only 2 nights due to their renovation schedule and I've only been advised on arrival day - not that reliable and convenient when they didn't inform it in advance. I had to move into a different location on the 3rd night and it's heavy smoking building during sleeping time. Although it's nice room too but I was sleepless because of the strong smoking fume spreading out to the entire floor. I'd recommend to confirm with the owner for longer stay to avoid the inconvenience of moving around during your stay!

Pros: The accommodation has a very good location, very close to the historical center. Luigi is an exceptional host: he helped us with useful tips and information, and on the last day we could leave our luggage as much as we needed.
