Pros: Perfect location in the city center next to the Teatro Massimo. The neighborhood is quite, no noise from the street. The room is very spacious with a comfortable bed.

Cons: During two days of our stay there were renovations in the apartment next to us, which caused a lot of noise. And they started working at 7:30!

Superb location (Via Volturno) to experience old city center of Palermo and super offer.

Pros: Nice room for a short stay in Palermo. We arriveed by car from the airport (PMO) and drove to the city center. Parked in the Orlando parkhouse nearby, only 5min walk to the Opera Prima 28 rooms which are managed by friendly owners. Rooms located in the Via Volturno which is perfect as start point to visit the old city center and experience Palermo by walking. Pricewise it is very economical and offers a low budget stay with enough comfort (own bath room, big room).

Cons: You need to walk the stairs up, rooms are in the 2nd floor and there is no elevator🤷🏻‍♂️

Pros: The place is just great!! Very central, safe we parked the car in front of the property, clean, gorgeous interior and comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations and small souvenir gifts, such lovey ladies, thank you again! I totally recommend this place and would love to stay there again when visiting Palermo!

Pros: Great location really close to all the main sights and not too far from the airport bus We arrived in Palermo early and were able to drop our bags off before check in, which was really helpful. Very clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night, but it was great!

Pros: Really good location really close to Teatro Massimo and basically everything. Old building with a lot of charm and charisma. The room and the bathroom were very good.

Cons: You should use a key to turn on the electricity in the room which you need to use at a switchboard located inside the room and this key is fixed to the other keys so you basically can’t have electricity when you are outside of the room.

Pros: Great position, but the cleaning ladies came to clean the other apartments at about 8:30 and made a lot of noise, and also the enterance is quite creepy, but the apartment was clean and spacious
