Great stay in Palermo

Pros: Very good location on a great area, in the city Centre but in a quiet road. Clean apartment. Good facilities! The apartment had everything we needed for our 3 day stay Very comfortable room arrangement. There was a coffee machine but you needed to buy the coffee which was not a problem. Besides, the coffee was not mentioned in the amenities. Overall, it was a great stay, we would choose it again!

Cons: Narrow stairs which could be a problem if somebody has moving disabilities. The bathroom ceiling has a little mud. The whole apartment was very clean though!

Comfortable and clean apartment in a quiet and safe location in the heart of Palermo.

Pros: The property was clean and comfortable in a great location right by the cathedral. The road we were on was super quiet and didn’t hear any noise during our stay.

Cons: The water never went fully cold but this was not a major issue.

Great stay - we loved it

Pros: Great location, bed was comfortable, good air conditioning and had a balcony. We liked a decor and style. Overall it had everything we needed!

Cons: Showerhead holder was broken - easy fix though. Hit my head down the communal stairs, could do with a little sign to mind your head.

Great little apartment

Pros: The location is great for sightseeing, the place is really clean and well prepared for a city break of few days. If you are travelling solo or in a couple, it's also good for longer. The place is really quiet during the evening, so there is no noise, it's good to have a good night sleep after a long day walking around the city. The person who spoke to me via whatsapp always replied quickly, had all the answers and spoke to me in spanish, probably thinking it was my mother language, which was a nice touch.

Cons: The location is great, but at the same time, the area is quite empty during the evening. For a woman it can be a bit frighting when coming back from the dinner or a night out. We stayed at the last floor, the stairs are very narrow and they don't look safe to climb, specially if you are going up with luggage. Also, I understand that this is not a hotel and that the owners have no obligation to provide a place to leave the luggage before or after the checkin/check out, but it would have been a nice point to have some kind of flexibility, which it didn't seem the case. I was informed that, if I took the transfer with them, they would look after my luggage, otherwise it would not be possible. Not a big deal but it something it would have helped since my flight it was in the evening.

Pros: Very cosy and comfy- everything is new and clean. Spacious. Beautiful balcony. 😍 Central and just Amazing location. Good wi-fi and all amenities available!

Cons: We got the top floor apartment- which was the 4th floor without lift and veeeeeeey narrow and tight staircase. We still don’t know how we managed to climb our heavy suitcase all the way up and later down. Good luck with parking if with the car. We got lucky, though and found the spot just in the mini parking in front of the entrance. Ask the host about parking recommendations before you arrive.

Pros: The apartment and location is perfect. Everything is so close and the street is really quiet. The apartment is beautiful and clean, we stayed at Ballaró apartment. Definitely we will come again.

Cons: You can’t leave your luggage after you check-out. Location again. Building itself is great and renovated, but there are spooky streets nearby. During day is fine, but

Pros: Great location, clean and modern. Good value/price relation!

Cons: For elderly, the tight stairs can be a bit dangerous. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough toilet paper for 3 nights and there wasn’t any shower gel and shampoo.

Pros: It’s in a very good location, few minutes and you’re already in the main street, the apartment was well furnitured, also the owner is super helpful, as he answered all our questions that we’ve had.

Cons: Keep in mind, that you’ll have to take quite narrow stairs to get up, sometimes it might be a bit harder if you’re traveling with luggages. For younger people that’s not a problem however

Great apartment in fantastic location.

Pros: Straightforward apartment hotel. Modern facilities. We walked to the kiosk for coffee and to the market for fruit every morning. Was really ideal for a relaxing city holiday.

Cons: The shower was a little slow draining. But in an older building that is expected.
