Pros: Great location, friendly and helpful owner. Comfy bed. Modern and equipped kitchen/apartment.
Cons: If you’re sensitive to LED lighting and strong scented perfumes/cleaning products probably best to stay elsewhere. I really struggled with both of these things, the owners were really lovely to provide me with a less scented bed sheet and blanket but the smell in general was very strong.

Pros: Very clean and good looking flat, clean street compared to other streets in Palermo, good parking on the nearby boulevard. Heating also available and working! Nice welcome goodies like sweets, coffee and tea, bottle of wine! Felt like home!
Cons: Some noise at night given the balcony door is towards the street

Pros: + Good location: you're close to the main attractions and the seafront at the same time. There're a lot of restaurants and a quite big supermarket nearby. The street itself is quiet. + Clean and well-equipped apartment: it has everything you need for a comfort stay, including small kitchen and a washing machine. + Fast and stable wi-fi + Smart-TV with streaming services + The shuttle-bus to the airport stops a 15 minutes walk away. + If you're lucky enough you might even find a free parking lot on the same street in the late evening :)
Cons: - The towel-dryer in the bathroom didn't work, so it took time to dry the washing. But I'm not sure if it depends on the owner, and it wasn't so important for me anyway. - There's a short and a bit steep staircase leading to the apartment. This isn't really a problem, just a remark for those to whom it might matter.

Eine tolle Möglichkeit, in Palermo zu sein!
Pros: Lage super, Zimmer toll, alles eigentlich ziemlich perfekt. Sehr schön, dass der Gestgeber auch Wein und Kaffee bereitgestellt hat, und für alle Anfragen zu erreichen war. Eine schöne Unterkunft in Palermo!
Cons: Nichts, Klimanlage war etwas laut, sonst alles gut. Ah gut, und das Licht etwas grell. :)

Pros: Appartamento moderno dotato di ogni comfort , posizione ottima , in 10 minuti a piedi si è in centro. Host molto gentile e disponibile.

Pros: Struttura decisamente sopra la media, arredata con gusto e dotata di tutto il necessario (microonde, stoviglie e pentolame, asse e ferro da stiro, lavatrice). Ho trovato tutto estremamente pulito e ordinato. La posizione è ottima, la via è silenziosa e dal balconcino si gode la vista di Palazzo Butera.
Cons: Trovo sempre gentile quando arrivo in struttura e sono presenti almeno un paio di cialde di caffè di benvenuto ... Ho comunque trovato delle ottime confetture, sebbene accompagnate da due fette biscottate non sigillate essendo in una porzione da quattro già aperta. Piccole disattenzione che mi hanno sorpreso vista la cura di tutto il resto.

Pros: Einfach hervorragend, sauber und saugemütlich. Lage optimal, ruhig. Parkplatz gratis vor der Haustür. Wichtig vom Hafen kommend erste Einfahrt nehmen und gleich wieder rechts in die Einbahnstraße, da gibt es keine Kamera. ( Onsidertip ). 3 Tage ohne Probleme geparkt.
