Pros: V friendly owner who provided good tips . Excellentlocation just a few seconds away from quattro canti. Good sized room

Cons: Bathroom was small but still ok overall. No lift but work on the installation of a lift has started. I would recommend Demetra Rooms.

Pros: Wonderful location, and a well decorated and comfortable room. They came in and tidied every day, which wasn't necessary but very nice of them! Good communication from the host.

Cons: Only minor notes for those looking to stay; you will have to go through four doors to get into your room and use a few different keys. I learned how to do it just fine after a day. The beds and pillows are firmer than hotels, just for awareness.

Pros: The room was absolutely beautiful and very clean, the location was perfect and close to everything, the staff very friendly and helpful and we didn’t face any problems at all. I will sure go back to Demetra rooms, me and my friend loved it ❤️

Comfortable rooms in the old town

Pros: The location is excellent - a short walk from the station and the bustling old districts of Palermo. Demetra rooms are extremely comfortable. Marble, tiled floors, high ceilings - you almost feel like you're spending time in a mini palazzo.

Cons: Communication over whatsapp was fine, but we didn't see another human soul during our stay.
