Pros: Absolutely beautiful apartment! We stayed for a week and couldn’t have been happier. It’s perfectly located, spotless, beautifully furnished, and fully equipped with everything you could need. Of course, Palermo can be noisy at night, but the double or even triple-glazed windows are effective. We had an amazing stay and would love to come back anytime!

Great place to stay in Palermo, highly recommended!
Pros: Great apartment with amazing location! Everything is brand new and it has all you need for a short-term and long-term stay (dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine, microwave, etc). There are 3 balconies with a nice view + it has AC in each room, so it was perfect in hot weather. There are lots of cafes, restaurants and bars nearby + one of them is right below on the ground floor, so it's very convenient. Highly recommended and will definitely book it again when visiting Palermo!

The apartment is better than in the photo
Pros: The reality exceeded all expectations! The apartment is better than in the photos. Everything is new, and there is everything you need for a comfortable stay in Palermo. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops. The nightlife is a bit noisy, but I was a part of it. It was the best time I've had in Palermo.
Cons: The shower cabin does not have a shelf for shower accessories.

Amazing stay! Book it :)
Pros: Everything. I was sceptical due to almost no reviews and Im so happy I booked it either way. Mr Fabio is amazing, had a problem with entering (forgot my card), he fixed the issue in no time, always available for any questions, recommendations, resolving. Apartment is in a nice neighbourhood, that loves to have a good time, close to the main streets, a lot of markets around where you can buy fresh food, its very spacious, everything is brand new, the balconies are a big plus, everything you need and want in one place. Will be back for sure! :)
Cons: That I have nothing to say “negative” hehe :)

Super holidays at Palermo city center
Pros: We stayed in the apartment for 4 nights in April 2025 with our family of 3 people. The apartment conditions were excellent and exceeded all our expectations - newly renovated, everything necessary for life, cooking and a good time were provided to us, even despite our very late arrival and early departure. The owner Fabio instructed us in detail on all our questions and we were very pleased with the experience of living here. But it is also important to note that if you are visiting Palermo for the first time (as in our case), this city has an active nightlife and a festive atmosphere at night is guaranteed. Hope you enjoy your stay at La Cala apartment as we were.

Pros: Mieszkanie świetnie położone blisko centrum, odnowione, zdjecia zgodne z opisem. Self check-in, bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Duży plus za możliwość zostawienia dłużej bagażu. Gorąco polecam!

Pros: Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, sauber, neu und es ist alles da was man benötigt. Zudem perfekt gelegen um die Stadt zu erkunden und abends auszugehen. Entspannen kann man mit einem Fernseher im Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer oder einfach auf den Balkonen die Sonne genießen. Ich habe mich zu jeder Zeit sicher und wohl gefühlt. Hervorheben möchte ich die schnelle und immer freundliche Erreichbarkeit des Gastgebers. Ich habe die Zugangskarte zur Wohnung verloren...mir wurde in meiner Aufregung schnell und super freundlich geholfen. Nochmal vielen Dank für die Hilfe und Freundlichkeit.

Ottimo appartamento in centro a Palermo … prenotatelo senza dubbi
Pros: Sono direttore di due hotels di lusso in Toscana. Devo fare i complimenti al proprietario. Appartamento nuovissimo . Molto pulito . Moderno e dotato di ogni comfort . Molto luminoso . Tv in soggiorno e anche in camera . A soli 2 minuti dal mercato Vucciria e a breve distanza da tutte le attrazioni principali . Contatto con proprietario facile e preciso . Self check in facilissimo . Rapporto prezzo qualità imbattibile . Ottima wi-fi. Macchina del caffè con cialde offerte dal proprietario. Non abbiate dubbi e prenotatelo.

Tornerò sicuramente
Pros: Posizione perfetta per visitare il centro di Palermo. Casa perfetta per servizi e pulizia.
Cons: Unica pecca il rumore notturno nel week end. Ovviamente dato dalla movida nella via in cui si trova. Ci vorrebbe un po’ più di insonorizzazione nella stanza.
