Comfortable stay at loft with excellent location.

Pros: The property owner was very prompt and communicative. The apartment was very near to the main axis roads and also next to the marina, so everything was pretty much accessible by foot. The streets below were full of popular and highly rated restaurants. The lift access to the apartment was very well appreciated. Fairly priced and has sufficient facilities for the entire trip.

Cons: Nothing to complain about.

Pros: The apartment is clean and comfy, Francesco is really helpful and easy to communicate with him. The location is perfect almost everything can be reached by walk.

everything was amazing

Pros: I stay everytime at this place when I’m in Palermo. Apartment is very comfortable, beautiful and clean with everything you need for living. House is located on the street with many bars and restaurants where you can try traditional Sicilian food. Francesco is very good and kindly, he is always in touch and helps with all questions. I’ll definitely be back.

Pros: Spacious and clean apartment. Great location, in the historical center of Palermo with lots of restaurants and bars around. Francesco is very friendly and responsive.

Cons: The stairs to the 'attic' bed are a bit steep, which can be a bit problematic for people with reduced agility.

Pros: Francesco is very responsive and answers queries very quickly We were able to check in by 12:30pm. Location is great, with lots of nice restaurants and eateries around, a supermarket is very nearby for getting groceries. Also very close to the seaside. The lift is from the ground floor straight to the apartment entrance.

Cons: Being so near to the restaurants and bars means there would be some noise and music late into the night, but this was mostly tolerable. We enjoyed the location more than the noise bothered us.

Pros: Es ist ein ausreichend ausgestattetes Apartment in perfekter Lage. Alles war wirklich sauber und einladend, die Betreuung zuvorkommend. Die Lage der Schlafecke sollte bedacht werden, für unbewegliche Personen ist es unpraktisch. Die Bilder und die Beschreibung stellen es aber gut dar.

Cons: Alles war sehr schön.
