Arco del Sole 2

Highly highly recommended

Pros: I like everything about the accommodation. The location which is very close to town centre, the cheerful decor, the bright lighting, the facilities(thread n needles are even provided), and the spotless cleanliness. Before my stay, I was a bit worried about the noise mentioned in one of the comments. But it’s not a problem at all if you close the windows. The host who’s very welcoming and informative is also perfect.

Pros: Our host was very friendly and welcoming. The apartment is well kept and very comfortable. The position is perfect for exploring Palermo.

A great stay in Palermo. The apartment was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Vincenso was a fantastic and very helpf

Pros: We loved the apartment, Vincenso was a fantastic host and so helpful. The apartment is a great size, with plenty of space for a group

Cons: Only downside was having only one set of keys to the property

A good apartment in the vibrant part of the oldtown

Pros: The host gave us a very detailed description of where to go to eat, what to see and what to do. The apartment was very comfortable. Getting to the third floor might be a challenge to some old people, but I found it very authentic. The street becomes a pedestrian one in the evening full of people and restaurants. The balcony was small, but big enough for two people to have wine while enjoying the vibe. Parking is a challenge in Palermo old town. We parked ours four minutes of walk away, but all was fine.

Very comfortable and conveniently located.

Pros: It was clean and had every convenience. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Vincenzo welcomed us personally and gave us an excellent briefing of Palermo, things to do, where to go etc.

Cons: Can’t think of anything

Pros: The location is excellent, right in the city centre, making it very convenient for exploring. Communication with the owner was smooth and friendly.

Cons: The bars located below the rooms were very noisy on the first night, which made it difficult to sleep. However, the noise level improved a little bit over the next two nights. If you are sensitive to noise or have trouble sleeping, I would definitely recommend bringing earplugs. The bathroom had a slight moldy, and there was an unpleasant odor on the balcony coming from the kitchen side

Pros: the host Vincenzo is extremely helpful👍Apartment is very clean, fully and well equipped. Very good location and my family has an amazing and enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend👍

Wonderful host and lovely apartment

Pros: Fabulous location. Excellent attention to detail. Very cheerful decoration in bright primary colours. Host, Vincenzo, was fantastic. He bends over backwards to make guests comfortable and gave us some great recommendations.

Cons: We stayed 4 nights. On one night the street noise was bad. I’m not sure how often that would happen

Lovely stay in the heart of the city!

Pros: Lovely stay from start to finish. The host gave a really personal touch and made travel from the airport and check in extremely easy. He them checked in regularly and offered many recommendations for where to go. The property was extremely well equipped and clean, with lots of little touches that made it feel like a home from home. Location was in the middle of a lovely street, surrounded by places to eat. For the vegetarians there was a lovely cafe just opposite.

Cons: Nothing really - we were above some lovely restaurants and music could be heard quite late. Ear plugs were kindly provided on the pillow and it didn’t disturb us too much.

Pros: The location is amazing. Windows are double glazed also, so the noise is kept to a minimal
