Casa Linda

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Linda, with its proximity to local sites and to public transport.

Pros: Linda was very accomodating in allowing us an early checkin and meeting us to hand over the keys. The apartment is in a location close to the harbour and easy to walk to nearby restaurants and caffes. It was very helpful to have a washing machine and all of the other facilities one might need, including a spacious bedroom and walk in robe. Also lovely to have two balconies to watch the street below, although it is quite noisy. It was easy to take the bus trip to Mondello to enjoy a morning at the beach.

Cons: This apartment is on a very noisy street. There are double doors on both terraces that block out the street noise quite well, but then it is a little stuffy and one hears the noises from the apartment above. It is useful to know in advance that in all of these apartments in Sicily one has to dispose of one's rubbish before leaving - and it all has to be separated.

Pros: Casa Linda è davvero perfetta, ambiente molto carino, curato, pulito e attrezzato, non mancava davvero niente, addirittura abbiamo trovato una cassetta del pronto soccorso e dei teli mare a disposizione oltre a tutto il necessario da bagno e da cucina. Inoltre l'aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante e i doppi vetri alle finestre, necessari per isolare completamente la casa dall'eventuale frastuono della strada. Tutto perfetto!

Cons: Davvero niente di negativo da segnalare

Pros: La ubicación muy céntrica. La casa reformada, muy bien equipada y muy bonita

Soggiorno quasi perfetto...

Pros: Casa Linda è un appartamento nel cuore della Vucciria a Palermo. E' un ambiente spazioso e curato con parquet e per trascorrere 2/3 giorni e anche di più è ottimo. E' un posto particolare per visitare Palermo con molti luoghi di interesse vicino.

Cons: Mi sono trovata a capodanno in questa casa e la notte del 31 dicembre la musica ad un volume eccessivo che arrivava dalla strada ci ha disturbati fino all'alba impedendoci di riposare e provocandoci malessere fisico. Si sentiva frastuono, rumore, un suono esagerato, le vibrazioni sonore facevano vibrare tutto l'appartamento, nonostante due doppi vetri per isolare dal rumore cittadino, questo rumore è arrivato fin dentro casa. Un altro piccolo particolare è che c'era soltanto un piumino per il letto e mi sarebbe piaciuto averne a disposizione uno in più.

Pros: Het appartement is compleet met een fijn bed, maar favoriet was toch wel het balkonnetje met geweldig zicht op het drukke chaotische heerlijke buurtje.

Cons: Zelfs de dubbele deuren, die heel veel geluid wél tegenhouden, zijn niet bestand tegen het enorme lawaai dat 's avonds en 's nachts in de straat wordt gemaakt door bezoekers van de horeca.

Sehr authentischer Aufenhalt im Hafenviertel von Palermo.

Pros: Man konnte zu Fuß alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten besuchen. Das Apartment war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet, die Klimaanlage funktionierte sehr gut und konnte auch leise eingestellt werden. Auch das Schlafsofa war sehr bequem. Die Fenster schlossen für den Lärm gut ab.

Cons: Die Gegend war sehr laut, mit Lokalen und Bars direkt vor dem Fenster. Dafür war man aber auch mitten im Geschehen und alles war fußläufig zu erreichen. Wenn die Fenster geschlossen waren und mit Klimaanlage ging es, sehr Geräuschempfindlichen würde ich noch zusätzlich Ohrenstöpsel empfehlen.

Pros: Die sehr gute Kommunikation mit Casa Linda schon vor der Ankunft in Palermo. Eine großzügige Wohnung mit Doppelter Schallisolierung zur Partymeile hin so dass man in der Wohnung nicht durch die Geräusche von der Straße gestört wird. Die Lage der Wohnung in der Altstadt ist perfekt um sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten und die Cala zu Fuß zu entdecken. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants liegen keine 5 Minuten weg. Bushaltestellen und der Bahnhof sind auch zu erreichen. In der Wohnung ist eine hervorragende Internetverbindung und Linda hat alle wichtige Informationen zur Wohnungsbenutzung durch Merkzettel hinterlegt. Da wir keine Flüssigkeiten mitbringen konnten war es auch gut dass sämtliche Pflegeprodukte vorhanden waren.

Cons: Der Fernseher ist etwas klein ausgefallen und hatte keinen deutschen Nachrichtensender. Aber wer geht schon zum Fernsehen nach Palermo?

Una casa vera, in pieno centro. Comodissima

Pros: La posizione è fantastica, in 3 giorni non abbiamo mai dovuto prendere ne auto ne mezzi pubblici per spostarci in tutta Palermo, la casa è molto grande e pulita, con bei soffitti alti e una comodissima cabina armadio. Ultimo ma non ultimo le doppie finestre finestre con doppi vetri nuovissime isolano molto bene dai rumori esterni...cosa che non fa male visto che sotto ci sono diversi locali un pochino rumorosi.
