Perfection in every way!
Pros: Everything about my stay at Gigi's stunning apartment in Palermo was absolutely exceptional! From the moment I booked, communication with Gigi was detailed, prompt and helpful and Gigi was an incredibly friendly, caring and attentive host throughout my stay, providing wonderful suggestions and guidance about the area and going above and beyond by doing things like assisting me with public transport schedules and options. The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful and so very comfortable. It is modern and stylishly furnished with everything you could need for your stay, impeccably clean and right in the centre so that you're right around the corner from numerous shops and restaurants. Just a short walk to the nearest supermarket, the train station and the marina as well. It really made my time in Palermo a wonderful experience I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend the apartment if you're looking for a place to call home in Palermo.

We loved everything about this apartment.
Pros: It was one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in. It was not expensive, and the host was excellent. He put serious effort into every tiny detail to make guests' lives as normal as possible in this apartment. From ear buds to bread and jam, everything was there. It made our stay memorable in Palermo.
Cons: On the day of check-out, the cleaning ladies entered the apartment at 9:45 without knocking or notifying anyone of their arrival, though check-out was at 10:00.

Pros: New, modern, well-appointed apartment. Easy access to most sites on foot. Comfortable bed.
Cons: It was weird and somewhat unhelpful to have ALL communications by WhatsApp. It may not phase others, but we found it odd, not having a live human being check us in. We had a difficult time finding the entrance at night when we arrived. No information in the apartment about appliances.

Pros: Great stay in the Nika Apartment. The apartment is very well equipped and has everything at your disposal. The apartment was spotless and very modern as well. The location is fantastic in central Palermo, everything within walking distance. Our host Gigi was very helpful in providing advice local eateries and things to do. Would highly recommend for a stay in Palermo.

Pros: Everything was amazing. The apartment was like new with all the amenities. There were several supplies provided, including a couple of bottles of water. Close to the attractions, shopping, a grocery store, restaurants. The host, Gigi was easily accessible. We would definitely there again.

An exceptional apartment!
Pros: An exceptional apartment! Impeccably clean! Even the air smells fresh and clean! The linens are branded with the apartment’s name, the kitchen is fully equipped, there are towels, and the bathroom includes shampoo, shower gel, a hairdryer, cotton swabs, and facial pads! I’m speechless! And the location is absolutely grand!!! I recommend this apartment to everyone looking for a place to stay in Palermo! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Next time we come, we will definitely stay only in this apartment!

Pros: Outstanding accommodation! We are travelling a lot and have very high expectations. This apartment is great. Very new, modern look, completely equipped with everything, beginning from pans and washing machine, up to iron and ironing desk. Do not hesitate and go to Nika Palermo Holiday House. Fantastic location as well.
Cons: WI-FI could be slighlty better in the bedroom.

Gigi is a great host answering questions quickly and giving some good tips
Pros: One of the best apartments that I’ve stayed in. Gigi has a lot of nice details and the kitchen has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable and the two flat screens with apps and internet is a welcome extra. Very clean and a great location!
