Comfortable little two-bedroom house right near the Norman Palace in Palermo

Pros: Great location near the Norman Castle; easy parking just a few blocks away; good communication with the host who came to give us the keys; two comfortable bedrooms and couch in the living room; kitchen with espresso machine and 'moka'; supermarket not too far away; great choice if you're in town for work

Cons: The bathroom didn't have a window to the outside but opened at the top through the kitchen, so privacy could be an issue for some

Pros: Квартира из трех комнат находится в 5 минутах ходьбы от центрального собора Палермо и рядом с Новыми Воротами. Бесплатный Wi Fi. В соседнем доме находится ресторанчик, где можно вкусно и относительно недорого покушать, что очень удобно. Хотя в историческом центре очень много мест по пути к Театру Массимо.

In centro a Palermo

Pros: l'appartamento era ampio e la pulizia degli ambienti soddisfacente. il bagno anche se piccolo e con arredi datati, era funzionale e pulito. La cosa fondamentale l'alloggio era veramente ad un passo dal centro, attaccato al palazzo della regione, (palazzo dei normanni) 5 minuti a piedi dal corso e dalla cattedrale, 10 minuti a piedi dai 4 canti, piazza pretoria e via Maqueda. letti comodissimi. Parcheggio sempre disponibile nei paraggi della struttura.

Cons: Allora tutto perfetto, a parte qualche mobile, soprattutto in bagno un pò datato, si potrebbe ristrutturare il bagnetto e renderlo più bello. la cosa che però mi ha un pochino infastidito è stata il fatto che fin prima dell'arrivo (informazioni per il check in) e quando eravamo alloggiati c'era un rapporto con l'hoster con messaggi whatsapp per eventuali informazioni (tipo lasciare la quota delle tasse di soggiorno a fine soggiorno, perchè non sono mai riusciti a venire a ritirarli in camera, mah......) poi nell'ultimo messaggio in cui dicevo di aver lascato i soldi della tassa sul tavolo e che la ricevuta del soggiorno, potevano inviarla anche sul mio whatsapp, da quel momento in poi silenzio assoluto. Sarebbe sempre bello conoscere il proprio intermediario, anche se sospetto che un giro se lo sia fatto senza presentarsi, come pure rilasciare la ricevuta, anche per essere certi della comunicazione della tua presenza in città alle autorità.

Pros: It is not a 5 star hotel, but if you are looking for a real Italian charm, you should book this place. The location is amazing. It looks at the most famous palace of Palermo. There are many hidden cuisines nearby. The host were great. I would love to stay at this place again.
