Well equipped maisonette in a modern villa close to Scopello

Pros: Well equipped maisonette in a modern villa, above the owners flat. It is in a quiet area not far from Scopello (5mins drive) and a little beach (10 mins walk). There is a terrace that's overlooking the countryside which is sheltered from rain. Full sun in the morning, in our case not ideal to sit and work on the balcony. The owner is very friendly and helpful and tried to accommodate any extra requests. He also recommended restaurants which we tried out and enjoyed. There is one double bedroom on level 1 and another large one on level 2. We choose level 2 as you had sea views through a long but small window from the bed. The rest of the house has country views. Kitchen is well equipped, you have a washing machine. Also 2 bathrooms. Outside a large table, in the garden a BBQ area. Everything is modern and new, easy to get in and out with remote control for the gate and the alarm.

Cons: It was not entirely clear from the posting that we were booking an apartment and not the entire house. You can use all outdoor amenities but you share this place with the owners. Also, there was a picture in the initial posting at the time of our booking that suggested a veranda with a wooden pergola with sea views. These were 2 of the reasons we booked it because we thought we would have the entire house and an outdoor area with sea view. The picture is from a different villa and it seems that the posting is now more clear on that. The maisonette is in the first floor of the house, also something worth to mention for people with disabilites.

Piękna Sycylia

Pros: Świetnie położona Willa Francesco. Tylko do naszej dyspozycji. Taras ze wszystkim co potrzeba-leżaczki, stół na posiłek, grill z blatem, punkty z wodą, prysznic na zewnątrz. Świetna baza wypadowa. W Scopello kilka kawiarni i miła plaża.

Una bella esperienza in un quadro incantevole.

Pros: Bellissima posizione, un punto ben situato con un piacevolissimo freschetto la sera e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Guodaloca. Proprietario gentile, attento e disponibile.

Cons: Volendo essere iper perfezionisti direi che il bagno è un po’ vetusto e avere a disposizione il bidet, avendo figli piccoli, sarebbe stato comodo. Un gran punto negativo per me è stato il letto matrimoniale scomodissimo, la mattina mi svegliavo col collo incriccatissimo, il materasso sarebbe da cambiare. A parte questo tutto ok.

Pros: Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie hat viele Pluspunkte, ganz besonders der wunderbare Aussenbereich - ruhig und mit schöner Aussicht. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und angenehm. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.

Cons: Ein Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein und die Dusche innen könnte wieder einmal erneuert werden.

Un sogno ad occhi aperti.

Pros: Posizione fantastica. Panorama mozzafiato. La terrazza il punto forte come i piccoli dettagli. Il proprietario gentile attento e premuroso. È stato un soggiorno da sogno. Nessuna pecca. Contenti di averci soggiornato. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Consigliata per una vacanza in Sicilia

Pros: La casa molto bella, pulitissima e comodissima. Bagni 2 grandi con doccia comoda. La parte esterna con barbecue, lettini, posto auto (avevamo due macchine, ed una doccia esterna con acqua calda e fredda...bellissima e comodissima.

Cons: Forse per noi con due bambini piccoli, la posizione a 700 metri dal mare su una strada provinciale non e' stata molto comoda, dovendo prendere sempre la macchina per arrivare in spiaggia comunque piccola Per il resto tutto ok
