Great location, clean and stylish apartment

Pros: The accommodation was excellent. The location is perfect, very close to both the train station and a bus stop, with the city center within walking distance. The spacious terrace must be wonderful in warm weather. The apartment was practical, stylishly furnished, and very clean. The host was kind and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Cons: We missed towel hooks in the bathroom.

We loved Palermo and the Royal House added to our enjoyment.

Pros: The Royal House is in a great location right beside the Palazzo Normanni and only a few blocks from the Cathedrale in Palermo. We were able to walk everywhere. The Balarro market, the main train station and bus depot, just about everything you would want to see, were all in walking distance. The only thing I would let everyone know is that you need a smart phone to get access to the apartment and so make sure that you always have your device charged. The apartment is very nice, and comfortable.

Perfect

Pros: Everything was really great. Yes there are some stairs, but if you can’t walk these you should really consider exercising or in the case of old age, it is what it is.. there’s no elevator. The house looks exactly like advertised and all amenities are there. Perhaps some places to hang towels to dry would be an added feature and there was no cutting board. Other than that 10 out of 10!

Preciós i molt cozy!!!!!

Pros: Vaig a fer-me una dutxa igual, que meravella!!!!!!! La decoració i ubicació eren perfectes i els propietaris van ser super amables i resolutius!!! Vam anar en cotxe i ens va ser molt fàcil aparcar a pesar d’estar tan cèntric! Molt recomanable!

Cons: El llit em va parèixer massa blanet però la resta tot perfecte

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt und klare Empfehlung!

Pros: Der Eigentümer war super lieb und hat uns bei allen Dingen und auch Reise und Restaurantempfehlungen sehr geholfen. Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr neu, super sauber und sehr hübsch mit regionaler Kunst eingerichtet. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt! Die Innenstadt fängt quasi direkt bei der Unterkunft an, sodass man jederzeit auf einen Kaffee oder einen Restaurantbesuch in die Stadt kann.

Cons: Hier gibt es keine rechte Kritik, aber man sollte sich bewusst sein, dass sich die Unterkunft im Zentrum von Palermo befindet. Wer selbst mit dem Auto anreist braucht ein bisschen Geduld und Nerven. Einen Parkplatz im öffentlichen Bereich direkt vor der Wohnung haben wir jedoch immer gut bekommen. :)
