Pros: Nice area and perfect for getting to know the historical Palermo. Easy access to rail way station and excursions.

Perfect spot in Palermo

Pros: Very nice appartment in heart of ancient town. Walking distance to main attractions. Host Ruslan was very kind and helpful. Excellent wi-fi. Lovely terrase. Highly recommend.

Cons: Could use some wine glasses but that's just us spoiled guests 😀

Pros: Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist sofort im Zentrum. Die Betten sind großartig, selten so gut geschlafen.

Cons: Das einzige an der Wohnung das etwas stört, ist der Eigengeruch. Der lässt sich aber mit Lüften gut beseitigen.

GOOD LOCATION, NOT MUCH HELP UPON ENTRY!

Pros: NO BREAKFAST, AND TRYING TO GET IN WAS A NIGHTMARE. THE KEYS FROM THE LOCKBOX DIDN'T WORK. OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF I MADE 11 CALLS FOR HELP AND WAS ASSURED THE KEYS WORKED; THEY WANTED VIDEOS, PICTURES, AND COMMENTED NEGATIVELY ON HOW UPSET WE WERE. THEY HAD NO ONE NEAR TO HELP. FINALLY, WE CALLED OUR TOUR GUIDE AND THEY FINALLY SENT A MAID...THEY HAD PUT THE WRONG KEYS IN THE LOCKBOX. 37 STEPS TO THE UNIT AND ANOTHER 20 TO THE 2ND BEDR00M. WE FELT SOME RESPONSE SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED AFTER THE ORDEAL, BUT NONE CAME!

Cons: THE SERVICE ON ENTRY, AND MENTION THE STAIRS INVOLVED IN GETTING TO THE UNIT.

Pros: La proximité avec le centre ville et la terrasse avec vue. Salles de bain pratiques. Climatisation appréciée également. Interlocuteur réactif et plein de bons conseils.

Cons: Le système de serrures pour passer d'un niveau à l'autre était un peu compliqué à gérer. Il manquait également une porte de douche et une ampoule dans l'escalier.
