GuestHost - Palazzo dei Normanni Stylish Apartment

Pros: Excellent communication and key handover. The apartment is very nice, clean, spacious, close to important monuments. A few small things could be improved to make it perfect. Since we visited it in February, when the otherwise great terrace cannot be used in the evening, it would be nice to add comfortable chairs with armrests to the apartment. There is a folding table in the kitchen, but not many chairs. The kettle is too small. There could be more toilet paper.

very nice apartment situated near the center

Pros: Very good location, close to the old center and the central station. The apartment is very well kept and we had all the amenities we needed.

Cons: We would have appreciated having our towels changed at least once during our one week stay.

Very good. I'll come back.

Pros: Everything was good. Location was perfect. The stay was pleasant. Check in was easy. WiFi worked good. Host was nice. The experience in general was good. Neighbours were not annoying and with our friends we liked the furniture.

Cons: Mosquitos were annoying . Noise was bad too. I did not appreciate the absence of antimosquito devices. The breakfast could be better prepared, at least coffee. There was not enough toilet paper and no tea.

Pros: Location was great. Easy walk down hill from the train station to the apartment. Host was very welcoming and helpful. They sent through a list of activities and restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable, plenty of bedrooms, lovely balcony - very comfortable for our party of 6

Amazing apartment with great location

Pros: The size of the property was fantastic for large groups as it didn’t feel like we were on top of each other and the location is great as it’s a short walk from the cathedral, piazza and marina

I can't wait to come back again!

Pros: The apartment is so beautiful and the location is perfect! Our keyholder Amit was very polite!

Vibrant stay in a great city

Pros: In great location, near to centre of vibrant Palermo. apartment was full of character and charm.

Cons: We ate out for most meals, I don’t think the kitchen facilities would have been too good for cooking for a large group.
