Great apartment right in the middle of the historic centre

Pros: Bright, modern apartments. One of the best we have stayed at in Palermo. Very clean and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen area. Central location just minutes from bars, restaurants and markets. It’s off a main road but despite this is very quiet.Added bonus are the self service luggage lockers in the foyer which are free of charge before check in and after check out. Good communication from the owners. We would definitely book to stay here again.

Pros: Amazing room (very clean & comfy), good location.

Cons: No parking, but they do give us the details of the nearest parking areas which is super helpful.

Perfect base for a city break in Palermo

Pros: Brilliant central location, easy to access and great having luggage storage. We could walk everywhere and lots of choice for eating and drinking close by. Staff responsive

Pros: Great location close to everything you could wish to see. Spacious accommodation. Very clean. Good communication for gaining entry etc.

Cons: Shower door needs updating as leaks badly. Shower hose is worn and leaking near shower head. A bread knife is needed. There is a large wood panel opposite the bathroom. I think that this may be to block off a door. People talking loudly on the other side are a bit of a nuisance.

Pros: Check in info clear & worked first time. Location super with fab restaurants nearby.

Amazing stay in the heart of Palermo

Pros: I had a wonderful stay! The location was fantastic — right in the heart of everything yet peaceful and easy to get around from. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great base while exploring Italy!

Cons: The only minor issue was that the shower door was a bit broken, so some water leaked out. It didn’t really affect our experience, but worth noting.

A good place in Palermo

Pros: The apartment was in the city centre, everything was close to us, for Example the train station. Our street was really safe, quiet and peaceful. There were no danger there. The room was perfect for us, the bed was comfy and big. The check in was online, but it was really easy to do it. Our contact, Valerio was nice and helpful, I always texted him via WhatsApp. Sometimes I became a \

Cons: Only small things, but these are not so huge problems: - there weren't a bread knife in the kitchen, only knives for butter. It was a bit hard to slice our bread every morning. - there were no shelf in the bathroom, so if you are a woman and have a tons of face creams and makeup, you can't put them anywhere, maybe on the lavatory, which was a bit uncomfortable. If you are a man, you will not have a problem with this - one Time the cleaning lady didn't make up our room (we left our cleaning card at the door), but the next day She did it

Pros: The location was excellent near all the main attractions

Cons: The impersonal feeling. We had expected linen for the sofa bed and when we rang to ask about this we were told their was some in the bed. A duvet in 32degrees! Not very pleasant attitude. The flat needs a kettle and more cutlery. It was OK for a few days not for long stay.
