Excellent host

Pros: I cannot fully evaluate the standard of the original room as there was an issue with my reservation. However, I can share my overall experience of the stay and the host. Upon arrival, Frederica immediately contacted me, and although I am not entirely sure what the problem was, we waited for Giuseppe, who kindly drove me to an alternative location. The new accommodation was slightly outside the center, but it offered a beautiful view, convenient transport connections, a pool, and a spacious room. Giuseppe was extremely courteous and even offered to drive me to and pick me up from any spot. The original location, as I had read in reviews and noticed when walking from the station, is indeed very well situated and serves as an excellent base for visiting the main attractions. Overall, the host’s helpfulness and the experience as a whole definitely deserve five stars. I highly recommend this place.

great place for 1-2 nights in Palermo

Pros: Staff is great ( Frederica) : very friendly and helpful owner ( Guiseppe ) helpful and understanding when i was late for check-in ( i was driving from another city ) check-in/check-out hours were very good ( i stayed in 5 properties in sicily and this was the best ) place is very clean, quite the room was large, bed is comfy there is washing machine ( i dont remember seeing it in the description ) and coffee machine the sea food shops around ( i had very delicious and cheap octopus salad snacks for the beach )

Cons: Parking is very troublesome internet is not stable my room needed some plumbing work ( nothing annoying though )

Good enough that I extended my stay and did several day tours, instead of moving.

Pros: A light breakfast provided. Apart from some traffic noise (which isn't annoying when the windows are closed) the location is good. A 12 minutes walk to the town centre/stations and 20 to the historic centre and port.

Great value for money and close to everything

Pros: Great location and amazing staff. Room was very clean. Having a lift made the stay easier and moving bags easy

Cons: The door keys could be quite temperamental.

Pros: The room was very nice, homey and spacious. Giuseppe, the owner is a lovely, warmhearted man. Who welcomened my dog and me with open arms. It felt like going over to stay at family.

This is a very good accommodation with a very nice owner.

Pros: The accommodation is located in the center of the city, it is close to all attractions and the local transport options are good. The owner is one of the nicest hosts I've met so far, helpful, punctual, attentive and smiling. The atmosphere of the place is wonderful, it is a very good starting point to organize trips to Palermo or the whole of Sicily.

Pros: Mi sono trovata benissimo nella struttura. Giuseppe è stato molto accogliente, disponibile e gentile con me! La posizione è ottima per chi deve fare il concorso per VFI poichè il BBX Palermo Centro è molto vicino al centro di selezione Palermo (Caserma Tukory) e di conseguenza la si può raggiungere a piedi in 5 minuti!! La consiglio vivamente anche per un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Pros: Non era compresa la colazione, ma sono stata molto bene,il quartiere lo conoscevo,quindi per me è stato un bel tuffo nei ricordi. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio.
