Pros: A very comfortable apartment in the heart of the old town. Inside, you will find everything you need—kitchen appliances, a coffee machine, comfortable beds, and a well-kept bathroom. Very clean and pleasant. The large terrace on the top floor offers a magnificent view of the entire neighborhood and the everyday life of Palermo's residents. The staircase is very impressive! The host is friendly, communicative, and helpful!

We were very happy with the apartment, and it was perfect for a few days in the city.

Pros: The apartment was in a great location, very close to the harbor and the old town, so we could easily reach everything on foot. It was very clean and spacious, and having a kitchen was very convenient.

Cons: The bathroom was located near the hallway, so you could hear people passing by quite loudly, especially in the morning when staff were cleaning the other apartments. However, the noise could not be heard in the living area, only in the bathroom. The kitchen did not have an oven, but that was not a major issue for us.

Pros: Great stay - well organized, very clean, lots of space, quiet and cozy.

Pros: The location was good in sense of position. Close to everything. Very quiet.

Cons: It was kinda scary arriving at night because its a hidden dark road. Also, the bedding was a bit poor.

Clean apartment in a great location

Pros: Great location. Clean and modern in an ancient building. Very good contact with the staff. Inside everything you need.

Cons: When entering the apartment there was a smell from sewage. I did not lower the mark for the apartment as I guess it is not the owner fault. When we started using the sinks and the shower, the smell was gone. Maybe the staff needs to open the water in all the sinks and shower for couple of minutes before the apartment is ready for accommodation.

Pros: Everything! The balcony was amazing too! You have everything you need in the kitchen. It’s a very pleasant place to enjoy the amazing Palermo atmosphere

Pros: The location is near the historical center. Silent neighborhood. The apt is inside a renovated house, however it wasn't mentioned that it was on 4th floor without elevator....

Cons: The mattress needs to be replaced. There was n't enough kitchen stuff i.e kitchen knife , panini toaster, kitchen towel, plate draining rack.

Spacious apartment, plenty of privacy, and in an ideal location to your Palermo.

Pros: Spacious, centrally located and all amenities taken care of.

Cons: The loft style bedroom is a bit too low and can be risky.
