Conviently located apartment, modern facilities, close to port with additional charge for valet park

Pros: Very convenient location near the ferry terminal. Comfortable bed, large bathroom, tall ceilings, large tv, tea coffee and prepackaged snacks. Air conditioning for heating and heated towel rails. Private valet parking allowing you to drop off your luggage out the front and someone will collect and return your car. You pay them directly the 25 euro per day. Well located with excellent bakery/coffee shop opposite. The owner does not speak much english so you use WhatsApp to communicate. We had to readjust our booking to accommodate the recent storm and they accepted the change in dates. The rooms have very good double glazing but there may be some noise on a Friday and Saturday night.

Cons: The additional family room that we booked (we were 4 people staying in 2 different rooms that were connected via a hallway) was a little dark and there were only 3 bar stools not 4 in the lounge area. We had some challenges communicating via Whats App due to language difficulties.

Pros: An excellent with only a short walk to lots of interesting places. Lots of restaurants and bars from the door.

We enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Well located. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Breakfast vouchers to nearby cafe worked well. Staff were helpful.

Cons: Found it odd that a place called a hotel only had reception in the morning. We had a room at the back. The outside area was fully enclosed so no sunlight. The outside patio needed a bit of tlc.

Pros: The staff were brilliant , so very helpful. The apartment was spotless, quiet street and in walking distance of attractions. Thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Great stay. Very large room for Europe. Bath in the room, spacious, comfortable and clean.

Pros: The apartment was very spacious and very clean. It was well located, close to Porto and several restaurants, and a 15-minute walk from the city center. Breakfast is served at a cafe downstairs, with some variety. The only downside is that the price quoted doesn't cover breakfast; you always have to add some extra.

good overnight stop

Pros: Excellent location within easy reach of the port where we caught a ferry the following morning. Clean comfortable accommodation.

Cons: Breakfast was not available before 7.30AM we had a 6.30AM start no facility to organise a packed breakfast.

Excellent stay in city center of Palermo

Pros: Location, the size of the room and our hostess Rosalba was very nice and helpful

Cons: Bed was to soft but that is on everyone's preference

Pros: This was a great apartment, large and comfortably furnished. The neighbourhood was quiet, a short walk from the historic centre. Highly recommended.
