Spacious stylish location in a calm street just a short walk from the very center

Pros: I really was suprised about the spaciousness that I did not expect. The bed is extremely confortable, and the novelty of the things inside adds to the value. It was very nice to have a small coffee machine.

Cons: Maybe too strong room fragrance in the shares spaces, but this is the only small detail. It was nice to feel like a local - entering the building, using the elevator, etc.

I came all the way from Canada for the experience of being in Palermo, Sicily..definitely come back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay at Belmonte – Highly Recommended

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Belmonte, and our room, Teatro Massimo, was truly a dream. Beautifully designed, spacious, and full of character – it felt like a little escape right in the heart of Palermo. Our host and the entire team were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Their warmth and support made everything so easy, from check-in to local tips. If you're arriving by car, you might get lucky and find a spot in the blue-marked parking spaces nearby. I definitely recommend downloading the EasyPark app, as it makes parking in the area much simpler. There’s also a parking garage across the street for about €18 per day, which is a convenient option. The only thing to be aware of is that the street outside is quite busy, so you do notice some noise at times. But honestly, even with that, our experience was absolutely fantastic. A perfect place to stay when exploring Palermo — we’d happily come back!

Fantastic stay!

Pros: Fantastic stay! The apartments are beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and very spacious. The location in Palermo couldn’t be better — everything is within easy walking distance, with great cafés and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!

Great place, lovely staff.

Pros: Big room, comfy bed, welcoming staff and clean rooms.

Cons: A bit of a walk to the main sights but not a major problem. Checking in after hours was a bit tricky.

Very comfortable and stylish hotel outside the busy area

Pros: This is a modern hotel located just outside of the touristic center of Palermo, its within walking distance of all you want to explore in the city. Opposite the hotel is a carpark where you park for 18 euro/s per day. Communication upfront is very easy. Rosy welcomed us and showed us our beautiful stylish room with amazing heigh ceilings. The room is very big and has an open plan bathroom. It’s a modern-designed hotel and it has a luxurious atmosphere. It is very quiet at night and the bed is very comfortable. The room is very clean and has all amenities you might need during your stay. Price-quality is very good. Apart from the rooms there are no other services, there are plenty of places around to get breakfast or have dinner. Rosy was very friendly and helpful.

Cons: There was some mold on the wall from some older leakage. Check-out time is at 10:00 which is quite early. We don’t like it when hotels ask you to give a 5-star rating, you either deserve it or you don't.

Good facility, friendly staff, but super noisy

Pros: Nicely designed, ample space, relatively new furniture and clean. Also staff was very responsive

Cons: Room looks at the busy street with a lot of traffic and isolation was poor. All day and night there was noise coming in.

Pros: this room is fantastic, huge!! very luxury feeling with nice bathroom and nice bed room setup, everything is very well done. Super high ceiling and well decorated

Pros: Large space, really big comfortable bed, really nice decor.

Cons: We didn’t realise the toilet was in a walled area with a sliding door and no ceiling!
