Pros: The staff was extremely kind, always smiling and helpful; the cleaning staff was very friendly and made us feel at home. The reception was very professional and always available to find solutions to make our stay better. The property is well maintained and has a beautiful history: we also had the pleasure of meeting the president of the hotel chain, who was truly attentive and open to listening to guests.

Cons: Two downsides: on the evening of Ferragosto, after a wonderful dinner, we briefly left the table and came back to find all our things cleared away (half-full prosecco glasses, bottles, and plates). Some advertised services (e.g. parking/sea view) were not actually available with our reservation. Unfortunately, the jacuzzis and pool area were not properly clean.

Pros: The pool and breakfast were great, we had a very good time there.

Cons: The rooftop restaurant was a bit pricey, comparing to service and food, cause there are a bunch of options in the Mondello town which really tasty, and has relaxing atmosphere.

Un très bel hôtel parfaitement situé

Pros: L'hôtel est très bien situé. A deux pas des commerces de Mondello, au calme mais proche de la mel. Une vue fantastique sur la baie depuis notre chambre très confortable (nous avons bénéficié d'un sur classement). Le personnel de l'hôtel en général er de la réception en particulier est d'une gentillesse extrême. La piscine, à l'arrière de l'hôtel est agréable quoi qu'un peu petite. Elle bénéficie d'un bar sympathique. Un cocktail de bienvenue est offert sur le roof top à la vue imprenable. Le petit déjeuner très complet est servi à table. Il est parfait, je ne comprends pas certaines remarques négatives à son sujet Le parking est géré par un voiturier, il suffit de penser à le réserver à l'avance car il n'est pas très grand. Si je reviens à Mondello, j'y retournerai.

Cons: Rien à reprocher à l'hôtel. Il faut juste savoir que Mondello est une petite station balnéaire assez calme mais relativement éloignée de Palerme. Les restaurants, en dehors de celui de l'hôtel sont très moyens voire \

Cons: Difficile de se garer! Il faut bien se renseigner avec les zones bleue, jaune,… il faut acheter des tickets de stationnement à l’heure (zone bleue) au bureau de tabac sur le place.

Excellent

Pros: Personnel gentil agréable et aux petits soins. J’ai eu initialement une chambre trop petite sans dressing je suis descendue en réception pou changement chose sui m’avait été accordée avec plein de gentillesse et de bienveillance. La chambre était du coup spacieuse décorée avec gout. Par ailleurs l’hotel est a proximité de la plage et des restaurants. Il a une vue imprenable dur le golfe de mondello. Parking sur place sur réservation donc on est tranquille.

Cons: Le bruit de la climatisation un peu trop fort à mon gout mais sinon rien à dire.
