Nice stay - would recommend you stay in the bigger rooms until this rooms renovation can be completed.

Cons: My hotel room front door was wide open on arrival - unsure why? I have never been to a hotel where my room front door was wide open on arrival. The flush for the toilet was missing. When I called to enquire I was informed that someone would assist to show me how to flush - after waiting no one came to the door so I had to go to reception to ask. There were no shower screens so when i showered it was wet every where and I had to use the additional towels to dry the floor.

All in all, a super choice for a wonderful stay in Mondello, with it's great beaches and blue sea.

Pros: We stayed 8 nights in this hotel and were completely happy. Room with fantastic view of the bay. Basically all you need is there: airco ,(pleasantly quiet at night!), good shower, safe, Minibar, enough space, balcony, good beds, clean. Service of the front desk is a highlight (Ania and her colleagues!), breakfast is a la carte with enough options, both savory and sweet. Parking is an issue, we highly recommend to reserve a parking place and with some good communication the hotel will take care of everything. Roof terrace bar and restaurant offer great views.

Cons: Just two things they might be able to improve: 1. We had some noise late in the evening from shifting chairs and tables from the roof terrace. 2. The food is the restaurant looks nice, but the taste was a bit bland.

Great hotel with large, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, and friendly staff.

Pros: Great area around swimming pool, good breafast. Comfortable room. Kindful staff on the reception desk and in the breakfast area.

Pros: The hotel has a very nice location with a view of the entire bay. The breakfast is excellent, but the bed is a bit slow. Otherwise the staff is very friendly.

Don’t hesitate to book this place , it s worth it and we would return in a heartbeat . Thank you for having us

Pros: Location is great, room is great and clean. Receptionist Martina is very helpful, all staff are friendly. Restaurant has an amazing view and lovely food. Swimming pool under the rock is lovely.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast and even better aperitivo on the rooftop. 5 minutes walk to the beach.

Pros: Very good breakfast and beautiful terrasse for aperitivo. Comfortable rooms very well located.

Mondello life feeling

Pros: The friendliness and response of the staff was outstanding and made up for the crowded and lively location in the middle of Mondello. The valet managed to park our car in the garage and Gabriele served us the aperos on the terrace in this typically Italian swift professional and pleasant fashion. Stroll to the piazza is short, on the busy road but safe because of courteous drivers. If you were looking for the Mondello life feeling you don't need to search further.

Cons: We would not have opted for the large sea food platter on ice had we seen it was marked deep frozen. Our fault.

Great Hotel staff and Location, highly recommended

Pros: Breakfast was plentiful and really enjoyable, hotel staff were friendly and couldnt do enough to be helpful. Location was great and with our sea view room we enjoyed a fabulaous view across the bay with the mountains in the distance. Will definitely return

Cons: All good, steps up to reception were a challenge in midday sun but there is a lift for suitcases
