Excellent stay and made to feel very welcome.

Pros: Lovely property. Nice rooms. A nice size hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and made our stay very pleasant.

Cons: I think a better selection of foods would be nice. For breakfast a bowl of diced fruits would be nice and maybe some cheeses, meats and tomatoes. Also at dinner we thought the food was a bit too fancy and the portions weren’t very filling. Having said that the quality of the food served was excellent.

Pros: Very relaxing stay. Beautiful property and location. Very pleasant and attentive staff, especially the lovely Valentina.

Cons: We would very much recommend this property. 1 minor complaint would be that there are no coffee facilities in the room.

Pros: Domia Boutique Hotel is simply exceptional, one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. The staff couldn’t have been kinder or more attentive; we felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The food was absolutely outstanding, both at dinner and breakfast. We dined at the hotel all three nights, trying both the meat and fish tasting menus with wine pairings, as well as the à la carte options - every single dish was exquisite. Our room was spacious, spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We especially loved the private hot tub on the patio and the thoughtfully curated minibar selection. The property itself is stunning — lush and green, with a lovely heated pool, and only a 10-minute walk from the beach. We can’t recommend this fantastic hotel highly enough

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Domia. The hotel is beautifully appointed, the staff were very kind and friendly. It is located a short 15 min walk from the town where there are beach clubs, restaurants etc. however we found the pool and food at Domia superior to other offerings in Mondello. The pool is stunning, we enjoyed many hours there. The included breakfast was a lovely addition also. Highly recommend if you're staying in the Mondello area!

Pros: Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff who went out of their way to offer useful help and advice. Wonderful food. Very peaceful and quiet.

Cons: Some tiny design flaws were irritating, partly because almost everything else was near perfect. eg some uncomfortable chairs, infuriating toilet roll holder, swimming pool surround which is impossible to walk on with bare feet, no obvious bar area.

Pros: The calmness, location and quality of everything this hotel offers. It’s really an oasis of tranquility in a fun resort. The staff never fail to go the extra mile. They genuinely appear to care completely about the experience each guest has. The rooms were beautifully furnished. Absolutely everything worked as it should. Upon arrival you were shown to your room and carefully explained how things worked. Breakfast was another level. Perfect service each morning and wonderful eggs, pastries, fresh orange juice and Italian coffee of every variation. We will definitely return

Pros: Everything! It was perfect for a special occasion (our wedding mini moon) they made us feel very at home and took great care of us. Can’t wait to return!!

Pros: Very clean, not overcrowded, great food and the staff were very attentive. A short walk to Mondello Beach, easy access to the bus into Palermo.
