Nice stay in the heart of Palermo
Pros: The apartment is nearly perfect – clean, cozy, right in the heart of the old town, and very easy to reach.
Cons: The only shortcoming is the noise from the street, as the window frames are not soundproof. If you are a light sleeper, this might be an issue. Another surprise for me was the owner’s request to send copies of my passport, but as I understood, this is required by Italian law.

Lovely. Would recommend.
Pros: The location was perfect. A short stroll to all the major historical sites in the old town. Eateries everywhere. Bar life a short 10 min walk away. Everything on your doorstep, essentially, even a Lidl 5 min away if required. The appt itself was immaculately clean and fresh, with everything you need for a stay, including a small but fully kitted kitchen, a nice clean w/c with shower, and a decent sized bedroom with double bed and small window balcony. It's also extremely secure, with main front entrance and own door to appt. I think the appt is quite new, as I said everything's spotless. Compact and bijou🙂
Cons: If I'm being honest, the only minus was that on the midweek mornings it got a bit noisy with all the hustle and bustle on the narrow road outside. Weekends were quiet.

Wspaniały apartament
Pros: Ładny, czysty, przestronny apartament w centrum miasta. Wszędzie blisko. Miłe ugoszczenie przez gospodynię.
Cons: Czasami dochodziły hałasy z ulicy, ale do przeżycia (jest to jednak mała, boczna uliczka)

Super miejsce na udany pobyt dla pary
Pros: Bardzo wygodny, czysty w pełni wyposażony apartament. Wyposażony w klimatyzację, nowe wygodne łóżko. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko co potrzeba. Świetna lokalizacja, 5-10 min. do do najważniejszych, historycznych atrakcji Palermo. Super kontakt z bardzo pomocnym i uczynnym właścicielem. Polecam!

Pros: Było bardzo czysto, widać, że lokal niedawno był remontowany. Kuchnia była bardzo dobrze wyposażona.
Cons: Pomimo, że ulica przy której znajduje się obiekt nie jest duża to nad ranem jest dosyć głośno - ale taka jest natura Palermo.

Pros: Die Lage war top, das Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet (es gab in der Küche sogar Olivenöl und Gewürze), alles war neu und sauber. Einige haben hier den Lärm von der Straße erwähnt, aber den fand ich nicht schlimm, mit Ohrenstöpseln hört man davon nichts und man ist nun mal in einer zentralen Lage, wo so etwas vorkommt. Insgesamt alles super!

Perfect Palermo Stay: Spotless and Central.
Pros: My stay at Calderai 52 Apartments was an extremely positive experience. The communication with the owner was impeccable, with constant contact and all the necessary help to make me feel right at home. The location is simply perfect. The apartment is very close to the famous Quattro Canti, which allowed us to explore Palermo's main attractions on foot with complete ease. The apartment was spotless. Additionally, it is a very complete space, with all the necessary kitchen appliances for a comfortable stay, making it ideal for those who want to prepare their own meals. I highly recommend it!
