Pros: Marco the host was very nice and very helpful. We also received a great additional material from him, with parking options, restaurant/bar recommendations. He answered immediately if we had any questions. The accommodation was also impeccable. Very good location, beautiful, youthful, spacious and modern apartment. We arrived to a good smell and extremely clean. I absolutely recommend it, if I had to book in Palermo again, I would book here again. Thank you for the experience

Perfect for exploring the city and relaxing at home
Pros: The property was extremely clean, modern and fully equipped. We really enjoyed being so close to all the hot spots and relaxing in the comfortable apartment after a long day. And to all the curly girls out there, they have a diffuser for curly hair, which was a real treat.
Cons: Everything was perfect, but the surrounding streets are a bit dirty but also easy to look past.

Pros: The apartment was clean, comfortable and convenient. The location was ideal for both relaxing and exploring the area, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and public transport. Check-in and communication were smooth and professional. The property is well-maintained, and all descriptions and photos are accurate.

Pros: Very clean - pictures are exactly as shown. Everything in Palermo is walking distance and easy to navigate to Mondello, Cefalu & Isola del femmine. The host, Marco was wonderful, very helpful and responsive.

We had a very good time at Palermo!
Pros: We spent 7 nights in a very pleasant and nicely decorated apartment that fully met our expectations. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was available on-site. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which allowed us to relax after long days spent exploring the city. The host, Marco, was very responsive and helpful. When we reported an issue with the WiFi, he immediately contacted the provider and explained that it was a network outage in the area. Thankfully, the internet was working again the next day. He also recommended us very good beaches and restaurants in Palermo.
Cons: The only downside was the surrounding area – the street was quite dirty and poorly maintained by the local residents. The stairwell was also uninviting, with an unpleasant smell. Aside from that, we have very fond memories of our holiday and our stay at La Perla del Capo.

Great stay, recommended!
Pros: Very nice modern apartment in a very authentic neighborhood. Around the corner is a nice market and you're within 5-10 minute walk from main attractions/sights. Host is very friendly and helpful! The neighborhood is old and not very well maintained, but we actually liked that authentic atmosphere and as a part of the experience.

Great location
Pros: Loved that is was a little home away from home, the location was good and great if you werent travelling by car. The host was easy to contact and able to answer any questions pretty quickly.
Cons: Parking station near by was very scary to drive to, the streets were super narrow. There was only enough coffee for 2 days of my stay and there was no washing powder provided.

Fantastic stay — Marco made everything seamless, from transfers to restaurant bookings.
Pros: We had a fantastic stay at the apartments. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. A special mention to Marco, who was absolutely brilliant in helping us organise everything — from smooth airport transfers to great restaurant reservations and more. The service really made the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Great location and a brand new apt, comfortable with air con
Pros: Great location you can walk to everything, all the sights, shopping and restaurants, the host was really quick to communicate, the apt is brand new with everything you need and a comfy bed.
Cons: a little tricky to find, a taxi won't go into the city centre so you will need to navigate in yourself and that's better in day light although perfectly safe. the apt only has stairs so be aware of that like all old city centre apartments there will be stairs no lift.
