A beautiful warm welcome at a beautiful place

Pros: Beautiful surrounding in an old palace. Very welcoming, friendly & helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Great location right in the middle of the old town. My wife loved the spa! The terrace restaurant around the corner was lovely.

Cons: The associated sushi restaurant was not great, but that could have been our choice of dishes.

Pros: The Palazzo was in the city center, where everything was really close by. The staff met all our requests, from cleaning and dusting the room before our arrival to changing all the bed linen. Really great.

Pros: What we loved most was total peace and quiet right in the middle of busy Palermo old town, along with the friendliest and nicest staff ever. The hotel is beautiful architecturally, well maintained, and regularly cleaned. The spa is quite simple, and the swimming pool isn’t really meant for actual swimming, but the sauna is nice. Breakfast was very basic but decent. Just a few steps from the hotel the surrounding streets offer proper coffee, cannoli, and more... so unless you're really into scrambled eggs, you can skip breakfast. Aside from that, and a bit of mould in the bathroom, the stay was amazing. Overall, it was a good experience... we’ll return if we find a good price again :)

Cons: Nothing to really dislike here. The only thing I noticed was that the doors to our room weren’t really aligned... some light and sound from the reception came through. Not a dealbreaker though, the staff are clearly aware of it and try to keep noise to a minimum when arriving around 7am and leaving at 10pm.

Pros: Location was superb, right in the middle of the city, near some great bars & restaurants. The staff were absolutely superb, they couldn't do enough. We rarely go back anywhere as we like to travel around, but we loved Palermo and we loved the hotel. They were great sorting out transfers and Spa treatments

Pros: Excellent location in quiet courtyard of historic building; spacious room; very helpful & friendly staff; good 'continental' breakfast.

Pros: The location is perfect, right in the historical center. The hotel is in a beautifully restored historic palace, reconstructed with all modern comforts and infrastructure. We realy enjoyed the spa, the pool and saunas and the breakfast terrace with its lovely view. The breakfast selection was varied and generous. Everything was perfectly clean and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Great building and facilities in a perfect location.

Pros: The sympathetic renovation. It reminded me of my ancient Manor House I renovated in France. Magnificent building and history. Great location too. Also, the breakfast room on the rooftop terrace overlooking Palermo. Great staff too.

Cons: The only dissapointing thing was the cost of having a swim! Nice to have the Spa as an option though. I think the room price was high enough to allow a swim. Having a hot-tub on our terrace was a nice touch.

Lovely place, great location.

Pros: Lovely old building that has bee renovated to have lots of modern comforts but still lots of character. Fantastic location, near shops, restaurants and the old town. You could walk everywhere.

Pros: Location is 10/10, best in Palermo for sure. In the heart of everything. Hotel is extremely clean, rooms very comfortable and staff they are maybe the best hotel staff that we ever met.We vere really amazed with hospitality of staffs. They were all the time very helpful and smiling, real professionals.

Pros: Friendly stuff, nice breakfast, perfect localisation and comfortable bed with nice pillows. All these things are here to make your stay joyful.
