We had a great dtay in Palermo, it was located right in the heart of the city, very clean and comfortable.

Pros: The location was perfect. It was very clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

Cons: We had no internet for our stay.

Perfect luxury suite, really looked brand new, extremely clean comfortable and much larger and better than the photos.

Pros: Beautiful room better than the photos and larger including a large bathroom. It had a lift which was great for suitcases. Impeccably clean, so comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly and was a welcome relief from hot Palermo. A fully stocked minibar was a very nice touch. We were able to check in early and leave suitcases which was so accommodating.

Pros: The location was great, in the centre of Palermo close to most monuments

Cons: It’s not easily accessible by car and private parking in the centre is expensive

Pros: Fantastic location, friendly staff, comfortable room with very good provisions. Parking was pre-arranged so that was quite helpful.

Cons: A little bit of noise (but not necessarily causing annoyance) due to its proximity ti the busy commercial streets (restaurants abound! )

Ok for a night in Palermo

Pros: The apartment is located in the heart of the old town, very close to main turist attractions, and despite this, it is in a new building or renovated one, which is a plus. Another plus was the parking, but pay attention to explanations below.

Cons: The check in was complicated because we called the owner and she responded a bit slow (on a diffrent phone number than one from booking). She shared the address of the parking (street name) which drove us on very narrow streets where it was a bazar (impossible to advance with a Lancia Ypsilon which is very small car). We had to park nearby Teatro Massimo and go by foot to find the parking and then to see which is the best way to go with the car. So, I suggest to not follow the instruction from owner (she gave me, anyway late, Discesa delle Capre 1) but instead type in google maps Parcheggio Maqueda. We arrived and it was fine. It was ZLT... we hope we won't receive any fine. The guys that are at the entrance of parking are the ones that helped us with the check-in to apartment as well, which was a bit weird being honest as nobody is expecting this, and in places like Palermo you may start thinking to many things. Anyway, they are ok. Also, pay attention that you need to pay a guarantee of 100 eur that are giving you back if things are ok at check-out. We paid in cash as the guys from parking are asking to print credit card details including CVC...I didn't feel comfortable doing this. Regarding room, mind the fact that bed is a bit short if you are taller than 180 cm. Apart from these, was fine.

Excellent location, in the heart of the city

Pros: Excellent location, all the restaurants right outside the door, easy to walk to alll the sites. Area felt very safe. We arrived after the check-in time and Simone was more than helpful. Replied immediately online via booking.con and then met us at the hotel giving us advice on restaurants etc.

Cons: Only thing was it was a little noisy at night.
